I found it useful as it provided me multiple options for booking a property i.e. you will get a lot of options as per your budget i.e. hostels, hotels etc.

2) It gives you lots of payment processing options. Personally I have used PayPal account for all the payments without any extra charge.

3) It doesn't charge you any processing fees. So you pay what you see. **What do you dislike about Beds24?** 1) I found it expensive. They can provide some more options for pricing. **What problems is Beds24 solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) It helps customers to get multiple options for booking a hotel as per their budget.

The site looks so professional. Even youtube links are available for first-time users. No matter how often you visit the site, the Beds24 gives you a majestic experience. Beds24 significantly stands out when compared with its competitors. **What do you dislike about Beds24?** Beds24 should have a user-friendly help document for novice users to know about the site, as users might treat it only as a hotel booking site. Beds24 should place pictures to showcase its phenomenal growth and market scope to impress its loyal customers and also new visitors. Beds24 should publicize its site to reach more countries to increase its stronghold in the competitive market. **What problems is Beds24 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Beds24 app in the Google play store is still in the beta stage, and it should be pushed to live to increase its market and serve more customers rapidly. It also allows guest management along with payment and tracking for availability of rooms. But like with price, we get quality; the same thing is for beds 24 also. I can strongly say they are the best in cloud-based management tools. **What problems is Beds24 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major problem it solves is allowing users to handle many things remotely such as changing prices, setting required restrictions, and managing room assignments. Also, we can add, cancel, and update reservation details easily. The best thing is the customizable dashboard which allows users to manage housekeeping, perform financial analysis, and access location-based statistics. ### 5. It is the most reliable app which eases out our work by simplifying workflows and automating tasks. It is mainly for small properties and not large ones. Their customer service is very fast and responsive. It allows you to manage the rental property very efficiently. The user interface is sometimes a bit difficult to use.
