What do you like best about Bean Cruncher?

I love the easy-to-navigate dashboard and friendly user interface between modules. It's great for managing inventory at a high level and understanding the overall value of what you have on hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bean Cruncher?

There isn't currently a way to give a customer limited access to see only a specific section of inventory. Without having the customer self-serve, it requires manual extraction of data each time a customer wants to know what they have on hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Bean Cruncher:

If you only require access to data points for internal users, then Bean Cruncher is a great value. If you need to set something up that requires multiple levels of user, then look elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bean Cruncher solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am trying to find a CRM similar to NetSuite that allows me to set up customer portals for self-serve access. The most significant benefit of Bean Cruncher is the simple UI and easy access to data points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
