Beacon assists UM and provides back end support for many of our programs.

**What do you like best about Beacon Technologies?**

Great customer service. Easy to use. Quite helpful.

**What do you dislike about Beacon Technologies?**

Service is expensive and customer service could be streamlined.

**What do you like best about Beacon Technologies?**

Beacon does a great job with feasibility assessment and then the ensuing analysis and design phase.  This allows them to be on time and on budget with projects.  Additionally, they have assembled a strong team of subject matter experts that work well together - allowing us to have a full service Ecommerce partner.

**What do you dislike about Beacon Technologies?**

We do not have any dislikes or issues with Beacon

**Recommendations to others considering Beacon Technologies:**

Beacon is a great partner - top to bottom.  As far as technology service partners, they are as good as any that we have seen or worked with.
