The product had everything we were looking for and room to expand our own services through the Bbot product. **What do you dislike about Bbot for Businesses?** Not soon after being acquired by DoorDash we noticed a significant slow down in response time from our account manager. We discovered after weeks of trying to reach them that they had been let go, and no notice given to us with regards to who to reach out to for support issues. A general support team replaced individual account managers and over time their response hours decreased. We learned that DoorDash had laid off around 1000 of their staff and no longer had a product development team. This meant that no improvements or fixes would be made until they had that team back. We eventually had to terminate our contract due to our Bbot store suddenly not working in the country we set it up in. Bbot was unable to fix it and since terminating the contract we have still be charged a monthly fee. I believe this merger with DoorDash really hurt such a great initial company. I hope they are able to recover. **What problems is Bbot for Businesses solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unfortunately Bbot wasn't able to solve any problems we brought them. The initial set up of the our online gift shop was perfect however as DoorDash made severe internal changes to the Bbot staff the product stopped working for us. ### 2. Instead of searching and landing on the wrong place, the BBOT provides a scan option to get you to the right page. **What do you dislike about Bbot for Businesses?** Scan option is often provided in plastic stickers which can be removed and replaced for convenience. It however often wares out. Bbot has made everything from accounting to customer experience better for us and our vendors. Even the in-house dining has been upgraded thanks to Bbot. Our service rep Jeremy has been very responsive and attentive to our business needs. We opened very quickly and Jeremy helped us every step of the way to launch successfully! **What do you dislike about Bbot for Businesses?** There isn't much that I honestly dislike about Bbot. The team has been great, and the software has been very customizable. One thing to mention, continue to make promotions easier to manage in partnership with Toast and other POS systems. **What problems is Bbot for Businesses solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have multiple vendors in our Food Hall and Grocery Store. Bbot enables us to streamline the customer experience and the backend accounting for all of our vendors. We can provide a much needed service to deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to an area that has been a food desert for decades. ### 8. The team made it simple and updating the menus is easy. **What do you dislike about Bbot for Businesses?** Some of the menu changes such as adding modifiers aren't intuitive and require a lot of steps to make a small change. **Recommendations to others considering Bbot for Businesses:** Make your menus as accurate and intricate as possible when setting them up, as it will make the updating process much easier. **What problems is Bbot for Businesses solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are now able to have a direct online ordering system set without the fees of using a regular third-party site.
