**What do you like best about BATS?**

Bats is an exellent piece of software if you are in Auto Transport from the Broker side.  Very intuitive, excellent reporting, excellent customization, Support (Tom) is the greatest!

**What do you dislike about BATS?**

I dont have any and have been using bats for at least 5 years from an admin level and a broker level

**What problems is BATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bats acts as a CRM, Order / Quote tracker, Shipping manager, Reporting manager.  We run a whole auto transport company on bats.
