**What do you like best about BatchLine?**

BatchLine offers the perfect combination of user-friendliness, top-notch support, fair value for money, and solid integration. Handling is delightfully simple – you quickly find your way around the system, which keeps training efforts low and significantly increases acceptance among employees. Support responds quickly and competently to all inquiries. The prices are absolutely reasonable and understandable for the services provided. Integration into our existing system landscape did require the use of middleware, but thanks to this solution, a reliable and stable connection was ensured – an effort that clearly paid off in hindsight.

**What do you dislike about BatchLine?**

The system is still partially too slow and it could have more AI. Additionally, there are still some features we wish for, but Batchline is working on implementing them.

**What problems is BatchLine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We save paper, the processes are more secure and are additionally supported and guided by the system.

**What do you like best about BatchLine?**

BatchLine Lite MES replaced our slow, paper-based GMP batch reviews with a scalable digital system. It has improved speed, visibility, control, and compliance while reducing human error, helping the team deliver high-quality, life-changing products without compromising efficiency.

**What do you dislike about BatchLine?**

Because it’s marketed as a “Lite-MES,” I’ve noticed that a few areas—such as Training, Equipment Management, and Quality Events—still aren’t fully integrated into the overall system.

**What problems is BatchLine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The growth of cell and gene therapies necessitates agile manufacturing capabilities. In the early stages of establishing VBM, we wanted to implement electronic systems sooner rather than later. We initially focused on putting critical business systems in place, such as eQMS and ERP, with the intention of establishing an EBR system immediately afterward. Based on our prior experience, we recognized that establishing an EBR system early would strengthen compliance and help accelerate the path from concept to clinical to commercial.
