What do you like best about Moburst?

Moburst understood our brand better than we understood it. They convinced us to capitalize on my experience, which actually led me to create this app and express it to our customers. They have always been very excited about our brand and the actual product. They tested it out amongst themselves and gave us feedback on what they thought about the functionalities. We have had positive meetings every week, during which we always learn something new. After those meetings, we spend a day or two trying to implement the stuff they told us about. What do you dislike about Moburst?

What problems is Moburst solving and how is that benefiting you?

The impact has been huge. They truly helped us find our voice as a company and as a brand. They showed us how we could add true value to our customers and be different from our competitors. They helped us with research that we wouldn’t have been able to do ourselves. For example, with the SEO research, there is no way that we would have been able to do that. They really pointed out the importance of using keywords and having high rankings for the App Store. They helped us calculate the cost per install of the app, so that we can now adjust our financial model. When we approach investors, we can show them specific numbers and calculations. When we were looking to hire the cheapest company for our ecommerce business, we found Moburst on various review platforms and checked lot's of genuine reviews. They've been a significant help in getting this app off the ground and driving a solid baseline of organic downloads. What I've really appreciated is that they're willing to work with us where needed on specific brand guidelines but they always approach it from the lens of subject matter experts and give us their recommendation first, even if we ultimately go another route. We measure by the amount of people that visit our website and store. We definitely saw an uptick in the click throughs and online orders, especially around holidays as a result. They're entirely transparent and have a team of highly motivated, intelligent problem solvers. I trust their judgment, especially when having to pivot quickly. They know when to pull the trigger and when to wait for more data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside, which is par for the course, is the learning curve related to religious institutions. It took a little while to sync in this regard. There was some initial clarification that had been lacking, however, this was rapidly cleared up as the project got into full motion.

As we are both working from outside the US, different holidays and different time zones required a little bit of complex organization.
