Nizar has all of his bases covered and listens to his customers' ideas and criticism, making TBC tough to beat. **Recommendations to others considering TextByChoice:** I think it would be very difficult to find a similar service with the same quality of work and helpfulness as is offered by TBC. The user-freindly platform and attentiveness from the CEO to his clients makes a great product in TBC, not to mention more than reasonable pricing when compared to every other texting service on the market. **What problems is TextByChoice solving and how is that benefiting you?** My business was in search for an affordable way to reach our customers to notify them of promotions, updates on business hours, and other special offers.
