TextByChoice Reviews & Provider Details

Don't hesitate to use their services. It is worth every penny. Thank you TextByChoice for a job well done! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can’t thank TextByChoice enough for their hard work and support of our political campaign. I started my campaign with zero name recognition and limited support from the state or national party. Thanks to TextByChoice's support, we captured almost 25% of the Primary Election vote, far exceeding the expected 5%. The ability to target voters by location and affiliation helped us pinpoint our tailored messages to the correct audience. This targeted and large reach grew our event attendance, and we raised almost $100,000 in just nine months. It was worth every penny spent and we look forward to working with TextByChoice again if I decide to run for office again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I knew I wanted to start texting our audience — but I had ZERO idea where to start. Which platform to use, how to set it up, what was compliant, what was standard… it all felt overwhelming. Every time I tried to figure it out on my own, I’d stall out and just go back to email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nizar and the TextByChoice team played a crucial role in the success of my school board campaign. The text messaging platform was very straightforward to set up and operate, making it simple to reply to voter inquiries. Managing my contact list was also hassle-free—I could easily remove opt-outs, those who had already voted, and numbers that weren’t cell phones. What stood out most was their excellent customer service; they consistently responded to my questions within minutes, even late at night, and quickly resolved any issues so I could continue reaching voters without interruption.
