What problems is Balloon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Knowing what the individual team members ideas, questions, concerns are, as well as where there is "collective" energy, worry, etc. Also allows me to harness their ideas without them worrying about "if it's a dumb idea" or that anyone will judge them since it's anonymous Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
