Task and bug tracking, Gantt chart, notifications, comments and files sharing. These are the main features in the backlog. All are very useful in an organization easy to create task and bugs and you can set due date for the tasks and bugs with their status like fixed, in progress and resolved. No need to ask anyone everything is clearly visible. Dependencies become less on others. Gantt chart show you the full timeline view of the project. Before backlog its very confusion to track everything all tasks are assign via email to the team members. after using backlog all the tasks are in one place and easy to track everything many problems gone away like someone is not doing anything i can easily track that user and assign them work and no need to ask everyone for their projects, bugs or tasks updates i can easily check. It sends notifications when something is assign so no one can say that i forget to update that tasks because on every issue or on comments notification will be sent. My verbal communication with my team is very little now. All things will be managed by backlog and bugs are assign via their feature. Issues and progress on their issues are easily trackable. Team can also check their issues progress. Priority issues can be solved as they are mentioned that these are on priority. Issue creation, assigning tasks, tracking progress, task status are some of the incredible features that backlog provides. It provide you the ability to control code versions. Issues are listed on this platform instead of preparing daily sheets that required energy. Team collaboration has been increased as the things are much clear and understandable and decreased at the same time as unnecessary discussion regarding task assignment are not done now.
