What do you like best about BackgroundChecks.com?

The ordering flow is straightforward, self-service, and quick to navigate. It’s easy to choose packages and submit candidate info without back-and-forth. The site feels reliable and professional, and results come through as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BackgroundChecks.com?

A surprise $98 fee appeared after purchase with disclosure buried in footnotes. When I asked support, I received a templated response pointing back to the fine print. Fees that materially change the price should be surfaced proactively (popup or inline warning before checkout). The lack of transparent pricing erodes trust and makes budgeting harder.
