The UI is fairly easy to navigate; the hardest part is finding how to order additional reports. I have not integrated with any other software, so I do not know its abilities. The performance is pretty good. I don't have very many issues using the software on my phone or CPU. The AI text is a little off, but who's isn't?? All in all, the AI chatbot got me the information I needed, and the support staff was amazing; they responded promptly and provided a solution and a refund immediately without needing to escalate the concern. I find BackgroundChecks.com very user-friendly on both the employer and employee ends, which makes the process smooth and accessible for everyone involved. I also like the wide range of options available for both criminal background checks and drug screenings, providing flexibility in the screening process. I like that I can load in a list of needed background checks via email and it automatically goes to them along with reminder prompts. Using this service has cut down on our response time by several days. I like that multiple county searches are built in, so I don't have to make a decision on whether to add those for an extra fee, which can be quite high. The basic fee for this site is higher than Intellicorp, probably as a result of this feature, but in the long run it probably works out to be cheaper for better quality results.
