**What do you like best about Azira?**

Our Organisation use this tool to be able to learn and understand the kind of information they have in store , and how they can use it to build there brand.

I like Near intelligence Platform because when data is received ,it is analyzed and monitored and it is easily accessed when needed.

Near Data intelligence Platform can manage data for even the  difficult surroundings in an organisation .

This tool gives you a clear understanding to it's users,despite having data experience ,you are able to to know which data to work with.

**What do you dislike about Azira?**

I wish they were more investigative on market trends and  customers reactions. No other dislikes.

**What problems is Azira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The decisions we make in our organisation are based on our data ,it helps us to come up with new strategies to market our products.

**What do you like best about Azira?**

Near Data Intelligence System is true to itself when it extracts data of customers about their behaviors and where they go. My analysis of consumer behaviors has been so insightful that it has helped me learn more about who I am marketing to. The knowledge is making it possible for me to adjust my campaigns in such a way that I will be able to make the most impact.

**What do you dislike about Azira?**

The problems with Near Data are navigating where it is located. The layout is somehow stiff and non-navigational. I am always stumbling across irrelevant information and missing the exact data points I need. Hence, I could spend a significant amount of time and still have problems balancing workload over time.

**What problems is Azira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Next to Data functions to provide me with information that would not have been accessible otherwise. Just finding out the traffic patterns of the customers in my own physical location and the way in which they interact with the products is quite helpful because I can improve the store layout and product placement which eventually increase the sales.

Near Data Intelligence Platform allows its users to make informed decisions based on the latest trends and customer movement since it gains access real-time data and updating it effectively. It helps it users to gain a deep understanding for them target their audience and modify strategies appropriately since it analyzes demographics, behavior patterns, and location visits.

Near Data Intelligence Platform requires high training and experts to analyze and interpret data for them to utilize this platform effectively. It is a paid platform and its pricing might be high thus making it not suitable for all business mostly the small businesses and those with limited budgets.

Near Data Intelligence Platform targets high-potential customers and optimizes campaigns thus improving return on interest markets. It had improved customer experience and satisfaction since it gains insights into customers behavior and preferences. Near Data Intelligence Platform gives its users the most current data since it frequently refreshes data giving constant updates to the users. Its intuitive interface is easy-to-use hence enabling a quick understanding and analyzing data.

**What do you dislike about Azira?**

Near Data Intelligence Platform require the user to have more of technical skills to optimize this platform capabilities fully. Those organizations without a significant location-based needs may experience a higher pricing. It has a limited data types for it primarily focus on location based data and not any other customer insights types.

Near Data Intelligence Platform has solved the challenge encountered by the user in targeting the right audience since it can identify highly the customer segment and target them effectively based on their behavior and location. It has made it easy for users to process and analyze data faster for it has an advanced analytic tool and distributed computing for a fast processing.

Near data intelligence platform provides insights of people based on their location, movements and behaviours which enables businesses to make data driven decisions about their operations. It also tracks the data in the offline mode offering full picture of customer behaviour and campaign effectiveness. It also analyses and translates data helping the business to make informed decision on identification of opportunities and maximising strategies.

**What do you dislike about Azira?**

Near data intelligence platform may not provide a holistic view on the customer behaviour and market trends this is due to its limited scope. It may require technical expertise to analyse and interpret location data effectively posing challenges to some business. Its insights accuracy depends on the data collection which it’s quality is dependent on the data gathering methods, sample sizes and potential biases.

Near data intelligence platform helps in identification of customer location and behaviour this helps in target marketing which results into high return on investment. Near data intelligence platform analyses location data providing crucial customer behaviour, competitor activity, and market trends for certain physical places this is important since business rely on brick-and-mortar location. It offers actionable insights and recommendations which is used to optimize location strategies, target marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions. Provide data from various sources hence holistic view of customer behaviour which helps businesses maximize their marketing and customer experience strategies.

**What do you dislike about Azira?**

Near data intelligence uses location which is very sensitive which raises privacy concerns. This platform greatly depends on ones accurate and reliable data so slightly incomplete and inconvenient data might lead to mislead. It focuses on the location of the customer hence will not provide the accurate behaviour of the customer especially to the business with online presence.

Near data intelligence platform helps in understanding of customer behaviour at physical location which helps the business to optimise store layout, staffing and marketing campaigns. **What do you like best about Azira?**

It has no ability to analyze and interpret data from sources providing me with insights. The visualizations are stunning making it effortless to comprehend data. The platforms user friendly nature and customization options does not allow me to tailor it to my requirements.

**What do you dislike about Azira?**

Using the Near Data Intelligence Platform I have noticed that it lacks user features and has a steep learning curve. Its complex interface sometimes makes navigation difficult and hampers data analysis. The absence of documentation and customer support adds to the frustration associated with utilizing this platform.

**What problems is Azira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Near Data Intelligence Platform takes retargeting efforts to heights by providing reports on foot traffic. This feature not able to helps us gain an understanding of our customers behavior enabling us to make data driven decisions aimed at increasing our marketing strategies.

Near Data Intelligence Platform it  make it easy for users to research on market for it analyze the traffic foot and competitors locations to identify potential new markets. It is suitable to use even to non-technical users. It tracks campaign impacts and optimize them to allow user get better results.

Near Data Intelligence Platform tends to be expensive to small organizations. It is not suitable for analyzing online behavior for it focuses more on physical location.

Near Data Intelligence Platform has helped the users target the right customers for it identify this customers based on their location and preferences. Through this platform users can clear identify optimal location for new stores.

The ability to pinpoint audiences very accurately and make them highly specific is a strong and unique feature in the world, with the capability to measure 'footfall' being the icing on the cake

**What do you dislike about Azira?**

The way of reaching target audiences can be improved. There is a lot of reliance on external exchanges, which means we miss out on the necessary local inventory in the Netherlands.

**What problems is Azira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to create highly specific target audiences is very intriguing because it allows us, as an agency, to distinguish ourselves. Measuring footfall is a challenge that many advertisers grapple with daily. Not anymore, as we can assist them with that!

Tools are needed to server. This platform needs more publicity and advertising. People need to see how simple and necessary things are

Near serves analysis on consumer database and its dynamic activities to track potential market and potential customer base for selling any product. Its graphical UI is easy to use. Tracking human movement to predict sales and choices in particular area is the mostly liked feature of Near Data intelligence platoform.

**What do you dislike about Azira?**

More KPI and Dashboard tools are needed to serve better.

**What problems is Azira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a data scientist, I had used near for sales predictions and research purposes for a client. Near gives us reliable insights about targated customers and markets depending upon human movements. It generates interactive dashboards and helps us to further shape client's marketing efforts. With near we had achieved 20% more leads than before.

NEAR data provides us with a deeper understanding of our markets and buildings. The ability to understand trade areas, brand affinities and paths to site paints a detailed picture and enhances underwriting or marketing of real estate assets.

**What do you dislike about Azira?**

Some users want additional options for visualization.

**What problems is Azira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without mobile data, we have a hard time understanding the organic processes of a retail center or mixed-use project. Questions arise such as; Where do residents’ shop? How far are they travelling? Why does this center underperform despite department of transportation traffic counts appearing to be high? When does this retailer type see peak hours and how can I compare that with my other tenants so I can understand parking issues? Questions within real estate are manifold and this data answers many of them.

**What do you like best about Azira?**

The County of Kauai worked with a consultant as part of the DOE funded Energy Transitions Initiaitve Partnership Project. Our consultant developed a travel pattern analysis using Near data that was purchased from a non-profit for the purposes of the study. We loved how extensive and drilled down the raw data could get, recieving all cell phone pings from the entire island geography, being able to discerne local residents from visitors, and how our consultants drilled down to daily trip distance, daily trip frequency, hot spots or clusters, and identifying a range of congestion in our travel cooridors between seasons of the year.

**What do you dislike about Azira?**

I did not work with the data or perform analyses, but our consultants had no complants to share about the Near data, maybe if only that it took some time to make sense of. If our consultants weren't so skilled in developing code to comb through the data, I think it could have been a bit more challenging for an analysist in general. That being said, we also knew what we were getting ourselves into, and recognized that we were getting raw and unfiltered data and a very low rate compared to what Near could may do with other customers providing more back-end initial anlysis. We were really pleased with what we recieved for the price that the non-profit paid.

**What problems is Azira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to understand where residents and visitors are spending their time, how far they are traveling in a given trip, and what are our most congested travel cooridors. This will help us identify which and where transportation solutions may fit for our island, as we tackle rising greenhouse gas emissions in the transportation sector, and frustration from residents and visitors alike about congested roadways.

NEAR offers a best in class platform providing accessibility to mobile traffic data.  NEAR has helped power up site selection analytics and consumer research.

NEAR can improve on dashboarding and summarization of each of the data points provided.

NEAR focuses on human movement data, which is the most precise and scaled data to understand consumers in any industry. It is one of the most important data to understand human behavior. Its not only for advertising but also for analysis or even smart trends.

I have nothing negative to say about Near or the data it provides.

We are able to evaluate trade areas based on 2 critical components by answering the following two questions: How many of my customers are present at key day parts and what does that mix of customers mean for prospective sales?

**What do you like best about Azira?**

Generating device ID is good and the ability to create footfall reports for any time period is great. 
Just need to know the right settings to pull the report.

**What do you dislike about Azira?**

generating footfall using a pixel on 3rd party platform requires a lot of impressions. 
Would be great if the system can pull footfall for smaller impressions.

**What problems is Azira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a lot of campaigns that retarget users who attend certain events. Vista allows to retarget those users cross-platform. 
The footfall measuring capability is great too.
