It's easy to use, and allows us to eliminate other software. We used to have to send encrypted emails using another third party program. We would run into issues when we had to send large emails. x360Recover lets us setup a secure folder for our clients so we can upload/download information securely without file size limits. The endpoint backups enable both basic file recovery and the ability to download entire system images, and even run them on Axcient Cloud servers. The product is always being updated, but that means some features are rolled out half baked, and then are cleaned up later (usually). It also is able to scale up to handle clients with hundreds of endpoints and servers that need data retention en masse. Axcient x360Recover is easy to deploy, maintain, and the recovery process is easy. We used this software to recover over 50 servers after Kaseya had a major security incident. The most valuable part of Axcient x360 is the ease of recovery and the different options available for recovering data. Creating new clients is easy, and deploying new systems is a snap. The fact that some features are available on the central console and some are only available on the vault is confusing. We have tried many different backup solutions and Axcient x360 has outshined them all. Chain free, able to restore VHD and VHDx, dissimilar hardware. An unexpected use is migrating servers to the newest O/S. We were able to download the full Data drives in VHDx format and attach directly to the new server. What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover? I have not experienced any significant dislikes with x360Recover.
