It is like removing 90% of your efforts those come from having an on premise data backup and restoration services. On premise software thpugh in this day and age is an obvious no no, but we used it for data backup and recovery using huge data backup servers, imagine the costs piling up for that. With Axcient, our data is now their headache. **What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?** Well, while Axcient did remove a lot of our woes, like I mentioned, 90% issues, the 10% goes in the quirks those are brought in by cloud+huge amount of data. It took a lot of time for us to backup the huge data load that we had stored on premise( there were freezers in the server room, imagien the size). But I guess that comes with every data backup tool. Axcient provides a robust growth process that's always accessible to improve products. Direct routing ISCSI via MPIO is essential for backups on computers in Windows, so everything is possible. Also, it is super simple to perform rotational experiments with no backup on board or on cloud, different that other platforms that require 24-hour cloud service. The customer support group is one of the best I have ever contacted. **What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?** Axcient's interface needs to improve, as right now it doesn't show all the necessary information we require. Also, updates have to be done manually and I would like them to be automatically. Also, some functions are not designed to link and back up working disks using ISCSI. **Recommendations to others considering Axcient x360Recover:** In general, I think Axcient is a very robust and easy to use software. Depending on the volume of the device, even a VM may be placed on the internet within a few minutes and you can even use it with Linux, as it is a Linux compliant product. **What problems is Axcient x360Recover solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Axcient as our main backup device, which are locally saved for processing and detention on the Axcient cloud. In the case of a catastrophe, both inner and external appliances can replace our VMware computers for continuous manufacturing. Since backups are encrypted locally before being sent off to the cloud, compliance is met and security is locked down on your own terms. **What do you dislike about Axcient x360Recover?** The hardest part of this software is when trying to install it on a Mac. I always need their technical help to do it. It all needs to be done in the terminal, not only with commands but by using the terminal text editor. Not very easy at all, and there's no GUI. That's Mac only, though, PC has a great interface. **Recommendations to others considering Axcient x360Recover:** eFolder is a great system, and it's worth the price.
