Not enough support for the x360recover platform. Not as great of support compared to the BRC team. The process to convert back from D2C back to the hybrid ( appliance to the cloud) backup. Converting the BRC appliance to x360recover is tedious and doesn't show a progress bar which is very inconvenient due to the fact you don't know if the reimaging is working or not. The options for recovery, whether it's a system image or just a spreadsheet someone deleted. The (not free) option to forgo tools and get a drive shipped in an emergency is always a nice as well. There's some inconsistency with the ease of use, but it's simple for the most part and support can help iron out unusual behavior and make sure it's working as expected. For customers with slow Internet connections or an extremely large amount of data, this can prove to be problematic. It would be helpful to have a local backup option. D2C has been a wonderful addition to our platform offerings for our clients. This is very similar to microsoft 365 tool which provides the entire office support and also in this the data is secure and robust which can be integrated with several sort of things. As i have mentioned that it is very simiilar to office 365 that is why people prefer it very less but still i can rate it 4/5 as it has all the features which are useful. The software works well and offers a lot of options, including unlimited storage, which is great to have as it allows us to retain data, including multiple versions over longer periods of time to protect against ransomware. The system is made from older component systems such as Replibit, so there's kind of an overlay to manage all of these and the interface isn't as clean or automated into a single system yet, and you have to go to a couple places to mange it. We needed a solution that would allow us to backup multiple versions of data and retain these versions over a longer period of time, say, 1 year, to help protect against ransomware and user errors (accidental deletion or changing of files). An automated cloud backup system also helps make sure backups occur regularly, and daily health digests help make sure that we know that they are working well. X360 Recover has great features including a direct to cloud option for laptops and other devices where you can't connect to a local backup device. The central management console that provides a single pane of glass is also a great feature, it allows us to see the status of all our protected systems, backup devices, replication vaults, and any issues in one quick glance which is great for our techs who manage our backups. Recovery speeds when having to download large disk images can be slow and occasionally fail as it is browser based, same issue occurs when trying to navigate through large folder structures in the backup if looking for a small subset of data to restore, but it has never precluded us from restoring. X360 Recover has been great for centralizing our backups on a single platform that we know works and that we can trust. It provides us one product to backup desktops, servers, laptops, VMs in a public cloud, instead of relying on multiple products. We have an easy way to test disaster recovery with playbooks and virtual office which provides us peace of mind that our backups work and will be recoverable when we need them most. I like the ability to be able to run up the device in the cloud for testing as well as all fo the options provided to get your device restored. They allow you to export to VDI, VMDK, and direct to disk. The unlimited storage and retention is also a nice selling point for us. I love the report which shows all endpoints in one email. I do not like that they are missing some basic features that other products provide. For example the ability to run a backup that was missed once a pc comes online.
