What do you like best about Avii?

The structure the software will provide me and the ability to house all my clients, notes, documents for clients, etc all in one place. Additionally, the team is fantastic to work with. I have never been given such wonderful attention and caring to show me how to use a system before working with the AVII team. Definitely feel they have went above and beyond. What do you dislike about Avii?

I have not used it long enough to find a dislike. Everything seems to work just fine, its me needing to remember how to do everything and form the new habit of using the software which I fully intend on doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Avii solving and how is that benefiting you?

Structure - it is helping to provide a tool that will help me stay organized and share information between me and clients and future team members. What do you like best about Avii?

Avii is more than practice management as accountants have known it. It brings management, planning, and execution into one platform, making it transparent for everyone in the firm to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avii?

With all of the tools Avii has, it is a little daunting and overwhelming to look at the first few times you use it. Being able to control the amount of information for people logging in would be the main thing that would have helped our people adapt sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Avii:

The tools in Avii offer many ways to improve, enhance, or even change your current processes. In considering Avii, understanding the big picture of what is possible is good to have as a guideline, but focus on the most significant need you are trying to solve using Avii tools inside your firm first. The integration of the other tools will manifest as you focus on the biggest need, showing the power of the Avii tools. If you are trying to integrate with third-party applications, have open and honest discussions with the Avii team to make the integration plan attainable. Finally, it is best to have a team of champions to learn, teach, and support your firm in using Avii. Don't leave it to the IT team - find people who are passionate and willing to use technologies and can rally people around tools that create transparency and efficiency and let them be part of the process. In my opinion, Avii can solve for some major headaches in the public accounting world if you are willing to understand it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First, transparency of what client projects are happening across the firm and which staff are working on them. Second, having all client documents accessible in one location for everyone who will need them. Third, automating workflows both within the firm and with clients - utilizing document requests, discussion tools, and portal access.
