What I like best about AvaHR is how easy it makes managing our hiring process. We’re unable to upload a fillable PDF form. When we share our link on social media, it only directs users to a general application page. We are still getting a lot of applicants that do not read the ad prior to applying. I’m wondering if it has anything to do with some platforms, allowing a one click apply rule where it allows applicants to bypass actually going to the job ad and just clicking to apply without taking the time to look at the job. For some platforms, they also target applicants using keywords that link up to their resume words and again it allows them to quickly apply without actually reading the ad.
