I like how user-friendly the ATS is. There is not much skill that is required to use this system. VIVA HR also offers some great free insights to recruiting along with some templates for job offer letters, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ATS is pretty glitchy at times and only allows a certain number of locations to be listed within the ATS system. I also do not like that I cannot post a virtual career fair ad on this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
