I typically send offer letters from the payroll system, but the integration doesn't send enough data to allow me to do this. The integration is what initially drew me to VIVAHR. **What problems is AvaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like how, after 30 days, I can click a button, and job ads are refreshed. The amount of features makes it easy for me to take notes, communicate with candidates, and edit pipeline stages. I believe this has increased my efficiency. I believe it is very intuitive as I was using a lot of its features before the product demo. Support has been responsive and very helpful. ### 12. We were spending too much money on Indeed and ZipRecruiter but switched to VIVAHR to post our jobs. It sent the jobs to all the big job boards but wasn't sponsored. So all the candidates were free. It's unbelievable how much time I saved. I only had to input job data once and didn't have to create numerous accounts for each job board where I wanted my job posting to be viewed. VivaHR is a one-stop-shop that handles all of my hiring needs. **What do you dislike about AvaHR?** I have been using VivaHR for roughly a month so far. So far I do not have any dislikes that I can list at this time. **Recommendations to others considering AvaHR:** VivaHR is a one-stop shop for all of my hiring needs. The pricing is very affordable and I didn't have to sign a contract. I can pay for service for only one month or continue to use it all year long. You can also use the site for a couple of months and if you want to shut it down and keep all of your data they have limited pricing available for that as well. **What problems is AvaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem I am solving so far is gaining back time that I would not have had if I would have posted my jobs separately on each job board. I would have probably only posted my jobs on one or two job boards if I would have had to deal with each job website separately. Very easy to use and has everything I need at my fingertips to make it a wonderful experience. I know this sounds nuts, but I find myself actually enjoying my time when posting a job. There are several convenient tools to make the process quick and painless. **What do you dislike about AvaHR?** I am a process automation guru. So of course, I wish there were more open API and workflow automations. But with their integrations with Zapier I have been able to accomplish what I want done. **Recommendations to others considering AvaHR:** This tool is not needing a separate vendor to onboard or setup. The VIVAHR support team will help you self setup. They were very good to work with. They have a tech support chat open m-f and have been very quick to answer questions and give feedback about best practices in job posting optimization. This alone, was well worth the switch. **What problems is AvaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a growing small business. Hiring is an essential part of that growth. Usually, our department managers are left to post jobs on their own. With this tool we have been able to centralize the hiring, give each hiring manager their own login and allows for convenient team collaboration. One important element that was our decision breaker was the interview scorecards. I am a huge fan of consistency. With the scorecards we can make sure each candidate is getting rated and compared in a similar fashion. We have loved our time using VIVAHR. ### 29. There were a lot of integrations that allowed us to plug it into existing workflows. Their customer is also top-notch and have helped us onboard and set up. **What do you dislike about AvaHR?** Lack of customization around some of the features, like their confirmation emails. We also came across a few issues where job posts weren't showing up based on location until customer support helped fix it. Ideally, those bugs wouldn't have happened, but they were quickly corrected. **What problems is AvaHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping our clients hire and set up a talent pipeline for qualified candidates. We have used other applicant tracking systems to post our jobs to job sites and manage candidates. However, when we needed something simple, focused on getting our jobs quickly onto job boards and little time to build it out, we tried viva. It was great. Made the posting process super simple and didn't feel like we had any trouble finding what we needed. **What do you dislike about AvaHR?** There are a couple of things we didn't like. I won't say they were deal breakers. The overall value was really great. The job posting process was not just one step, they break it into a few sections. Having posted hundreds of jobs, I kinda like having it all in one step so I can fly through it. If you're in need of choosing a hiring software, post a job and start getting candidates as quickly as possible, this is a great option. The process we had used in the past started charging more than expected so we searched online for an applicant tracking system for small businesses and came across viva. We have really enjoyed using this tool. I am amazed we had not heard about it until now. When we published our first job, we could see it appear on dozens of job boards. We got alerts of new applicants within a couple of hours and had narrowed down our top potential employees within 48 hours. That was a record for us.
