I really enjoyed the interview and candidate scorecards. Very easy for my team to quickly collaborate on candidates to see who meets the right criteria for the position. I would say there is room for more advanced integrations with background screening providers. There are also some limitations to niche job boards. The transportation/logistics industry has specific job boards I'd like to select. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been super impressed with the ease of use of the software. We have a small team and not everyone is super savvy with hiring. We are able to work together, take notes, and compare candidates really easily. I like the ability to see and share with co-workers. We can move through the hiring experience at a much faster pace. When we started using VIVAHR, we were able to get started, post a job, and get candidates all in the same day. That was over a year ago and I really remember how much that impressed me with this hiring software. I didn't have to sit behind a long, drawn out sales pitch. I have sent in a few product recommendations and requests over the past year. One of them was email templates. They had this live within 2 weeks of me requesting it. I'm sure there were other people requesting this same change, but they were quick. My most recent request was SMS candidate messaging. I wish that was in there. I'm sure it's on the way though. I have had a decent amount of experience with hiring. We have used other applicant tracking systems to post our jobs to job sites and manage candidates. However, when we needed something simple, focused on getting our jobs quickly onto job boards and little time to build it out, we tried viva. It was great. There are a couple of things we didn't like. I won't say they were deal breakers. The overall value was really great. The job posting process was not just one step, they break it into a few sections. Having posted hundreds of jobs, I kinda like having it all in one step so I can fly through it. I really like this platform. But for someone like me where hiring is new to my role, the customer support and account reps I work with have been absolutely incredible. Not a whole lot to dislike. Their product was pretty self-serving and easy to learn. I did not like doing it all myself, and maybe wish there was an option to boost my account to pay for extra onboarding. I love how simple the system is to use. It connects directly to my website and pushes the open positions out to tons of sites. The user interface is clean and logical.
