Autonomous Valve CFD (AVC) is an AI-powered virtual flow loop testing app that precisely calculates valve flow performance parameters, such as Cv, Cdt, K, σ, and FL at the design stage, using CFD simulations on the cloud. Autonomous Valve CFD (AVC) performs virtual flow loop tests that replicate the conditions of physical flow loop testing, without the associated time and cost overhead. It generates a detailed valve performance report in a couple of hours, providing critical parameters such as Valve Flow Coefficient (Cv), Coefficient of Hydrodynamic Torque (Cdt), Cavitation Index (σ), and simulation flow insights. The CFD simulations are conducted in compliance with industry standards, including ANSI/ISA–75.02.01, IEC 60534-2-3, and the M49 Manual, ensuring accuracy and reliability on par with certified laboratory tests. AVC&#39;s autonomous CFD algorithm eliminates the need for in-depth CFD expertise through automation of complex simulation processes, along with the intelligence to select the right mesh size, numerical schemes, and turbulence models appropriate for the valve under study. It offers an intuitive, user-friendly interface with guided workflows, significantly reducing the learning curve and speeding up project completion. Design engineers can simulate valve designs directly, eliminating the need for specialized CFD knowledge.

**What do you like best about Autonomous Valve CFD (AVC)?**

I like the user interface of Autonomous Valve CFD (AVC) because it's very simple and easy to understand. A new user can easily operate the cloud software. I also appreciate that since it is a cloud software, I can run bulk projects at a time.

**What do you dislike about Autonomous Valve CFD (AVC)?**

Some projects which have complex flow path designs often fail. Almost 40% of the total complex projects will fail. Close monitoring of the projects and quick support for the projects would help to reduce the failure.

**What problems is Autonomous Valve CFD (AVC) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Autonomous Valve CFD (AVC) to theoretically find the valve performance coefficient and save time and costs from practical testing while maintaining accuracy.

Simple UI that’s easy to set up and navigate. The results are accurate, and I like that there’s customisation available for the results as well.

**What do you dislike about Autonomous Valve CFD (AVC)?**

Mixed-flow, or multiphase-flow, simulation is not available.

**What problems is Autonomous Valve CFD (AVC) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides Cv estimation and headloss estimation for the valve at different positions. The solver runs on a cloud server, which helps minimize dependency on local hardware compatibility.
