AutoHound Reviews & Product Details

AutoHound is a modern, cloud-based collision repair management system built to help auto body shops run their entire operation, from booking and vehicle check-in through production, parts, customer communication, payments, and closeout. Keep your existing estimating software. AutoHound works with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, and AdjustRite, automatically importing estimates and supplements so your team can manage repairs without entering the same information twice. Manage your shop with live production boards, technician assignments and time tracking, capacity-based scheduling, purchase orders, parts receiving and returns, digital vehicle inspections, and repair documentation. Keep customers and insurance adjusters informed through integrated messaging, automated updates, and secure online portals. AutoHound also includes payment processing, insurer receivables tracking, QuickBooks Online integration, total loss management, fleet and heavy-duty repair workflows, multi-shop management, employee time tracking, and more than 60 business reports. Unlike traditional systems with complicated pricing and per-user fees, AutoHound includes every feature and unlimited users for $599 per month, per location. There are no setup fees, long-term contracts, or data lock-in. A 30-day free trial and guided onboarding make getting started simple.
