Autofy Special Order Tracker is special order management software for independent retailers. It follows every special order and custom order from the moment a customer asks for it to the moment they pick it up. Everything sits on one board for the whole store, so orders stop living on spreadsheets, sticky notes, binders or in one employee's memory. Most independent shops lose special orders in the same few ways. An item gets ordered twice, or never gets ordered. It arrives and nobody notices. It gets sold to the next person who walks in. Or the customer calls three weeks later to ask where it is. Autofy is built to stop each of these. How it works A special order goes through six stages: take it at the counter, hold it with no stock, link the vendor order, catch the arrival, tell the customer, and follow up until pickup. Most point of sale (POS) systems handle some of these stages and leave the rest to staff. Autofy handles all six. - Automatic arrival detection: Autofy connects to Shopify, Lightspeed or WooCommerce and watches your inventory. When an ordered item comes in, the order moves to Arrived and the customer gets an email on its own. - Works without a POS: If you use a different system, or want to keep things separate, staff mark an order arrived with one tap. The board, the reminders and the customer notifications work the same way. - Custom order details: You can track size and width, weight, thickness, ring size or frame size, set up the way your shop already writes orders down. - Customer tracking page: Customers check their order status on a branded page instead of calling the store. - Search, order timelines and reports: You can find any order in seconds, see its full history, and track special-order revenue and pickup rates. - Multi-location support: Each store gets its own board, plus one view across all of them. Built for the shop floor Staff only need to learn four things, and training is included. Autofy was designed for the least technical person working the counter. You're live within 14 days: the Autofy team does the setup, and the Branded setup option also moves your existing open orders into the system. Results City Park Runners, an independent running store, replaced its "Call When We Get In" spreadsheet with Autofy. In the first six weeks, 12 staff tracked 127 special orders and about $23,000 in special-order revenue, and 84% of resolved orders were collected. Pricing and guarantee Plans cost CAD $149 or $199 per month plus a one-time setup fee. There are no per-order fees and no contract.
