Did not like the UI/UX. It can be improved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Linkdex has one of the largest keyword visibility datasets and fully featured keyword rank tracking. The visibility tool appears to have more data than rivals such as SEM Rush. Good amount of flexibility in reporting module for keyword rankings & visibility. Great pricing structure - no limits on number of users unlike rivals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aside from the keyword rankings & visibility module, the other features are pretty basic and need further expansion to be comparable to rival products. Tools like site crawls and ranking data sound good in theory however the software is limited in these areas, so much so that you will need to consider alternative software for these aspects if you're looking to do in-depth analysis. We use the following sections the most; rankings, visibility, query data, and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some limitations within the dashboards and reporting tools that could make the information easier to share for high-level conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The keyword rankings of the software for Google, Bing and Yahoo rankings generally work well and are accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is good at pulling search rankings for your reports, but it ends there. You'll be sold on the wide range of features, such as their website crawling, reporting, backlink research and visibility database, however in reality these are under developed and the user-interface is nothing short of terrible. You'll find you will need to still utilise other vendors for the features that were sold to you during initial sign-up. The cost of keyword rankings is expensive when compared with most other vendors (there are exceptions), especially if this is the only area of the product you will use (which it will be, no doubt). There is no top-level view of your projects, so if you're an agency, like us, you'll find it is impossible to see your portfolio of clients at a glance and will need to "dig into" each project to spot and identify any trends. This is fine if you work with a handful of clients, but if you're working with any sizeable number this will quickly become challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Awesome keyword tracking with historical data. The new Search Console feature also makes it easy to keep track of organic traffic from Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used Linkdex for two years and the platform really hasn't changed much at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Backlinks analysis provided by the tool is really good and easy to understand and act even for non power users. Other than that what I loved about Linkdex was the consulting part. They have really experienced members in their team who are always willing to help you with best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crawl setting has some customization to exclude certain paths and parameters but there was no setting to exclude subdomains which made it a little difficult for us to just keep pages from our root domain in our primary project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I can assign tasks to coworkers and get all of my information from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI can be confusing at times and isn't super intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
