What do you like best?
Immediate support from Chrystal (Customer Success Manager), she is an expert user and provides immediate feedback and immediate improvements to the app when needed.
Augmentir is a powerful tool that allows us to immediately, and in real time identify areas of opportunity in regard to procedures and quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
This is sort of minutia and one of my last concerns in integrating this software with our companies needs: hard copies of the procedures for documentation purposes in order to comply with older quality systems requirement (You can do this right now but it could be better).
