For example, when the Crowdstrike issue happened earlier this year, they immediately began scanning various workloads to see how we might be affected and then relayed all of the appropriate information to us as they were made aware of it. The representative that I worked with was highly professional and very responsive, answering all of my questions and making sure we were taken care of. **What do you dislike about Astra Pentest?** While I do overall recommend the product, the most recent UI/UX update to the Astra Web Application was a step backward in my opinion. I do think the problems they were trying to solve are valid with the new designs, but I think some more work could have been done to ensure a smoother transition and probably more testing should have been done. Some of the filters didn't properly work and being able to more easily see the stuff that was relevant to me got a little harder because it was showing data from years ago instead of the most recent.
