It really help to put together all the contacts that were duplicated but had multiple emails or just their names were mixed or missing a letter or with a random character. DeDupely was a great way to quickly and easily merge lists outside of my CRM to improve the data. It was a better tool and easier to use than deduplication functions in several CRMs I have used.

It's really easy to use and super quick. We use it regularly on our HubSpot and clients accounts. The platforms have their own deduplication modules but these are no way near as powerful. It is useless and does not work. The platform is seriously ineffective. They can't even merge two files on a Unique ID. It is completely useless, unless you have never used xls or think Vlookup means people looking up together. It is a waste of money. Their AI is missing an I.

They did try to help me, I must say. Something rudimentary was a big use case. All I had were two files one with email other with phone numbers. And they were unable to merge.

Did exactly what I needed it to do. It immediately synced with HubSpot and surfaced over 900 duplicate contacts. I could then decide which contacts to delete altogether, those contacts that I wanted to consolidate, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's no way to apply "common sense" to the automatic merge logic. Dedupely as a system must see millions and millions of names. They should use that, or just add a huge database of real human names, so that the user can turn on a "common sense" filter for deciding which Name to assign to the merged contacts. You have to choose either the longest or shortest name as a rule to apply to newly merged contacts, and that is dumb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
