It helps identified all those instances and make the correction 10x faster. Also, their customer success was very helpful to set it all up. **What do you dislike about Dedupely?** Their aim is to eliminate duplicates, and my objective was to unify. Maybe a better UX/UI in the app, but with the CSM, everything's more accessible. **What problems is Dedupely solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had 4000 duplicates, and needed to export it from my CRM, deduply it and import it again. Problem : I had no key, such as domain or stuff like that. The feature "Fuzzy match" on the name was crazy useful. ### 4. It was a better tool and easier to use than deduplication functions in several CRMs I have used. Also, when I had a question, the DeDupely team responded right away via chat and was helpful. **What do you dislike about Dedupely?** It would be nice to have workspaces to store multiple files for uploading (e.g., for different clients). **What problems is Dedupely solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a better way to merge several lists outside of Salesforce because a. I 'm not a Salesforce expert and b. I did not have authorization from client to go in and make major changes. I pulled multiple lists and merged them in DeDupely before sending mailing addresses to a mailhouse for a fundraising appeal letter. ### 6. We use it regularly on our HubSpot and clients accounts. The platforms have their own deduplication modules but these are no way near as powerful. Technical support is really helpful. We have lots of options to find duplicate record. We can preview the full records before merging which is useful. **What do you dislike about Dedupely?** The menu option can be confusing and I'm convinced it has more functionality that I'm aware of. **What problems is Dedupely solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we first start working with a client, and bring together numerous systems there are always duplicate records and the data can be difficult to work with. The platform is seriously ineffective. They can't even merge two files on a Unique ID. It is completely useless, unless you have never used xls or think Vlookup means people looking up together. It is a waste of money. Their AI is missing an I. They did try to help me, I must say. Something rudimentary was a big use case. All I had were two files one with email other with phone numbers. And they were unable to merge. They refused to refund my money despite trying and failing to dedupe my linkedin download file. **What problems is Dedupely solving and how is that benefiting you?** They spent hours and could not merge two xls files with Linkedin data. ### 10. It immediately synced with HubSpot and surfaced over 900 duplicate contacts. I could then decide which contacts to delete altogether, those contacts that I wanted to consolidate, etc. **What do you dislike about Dedupely?** Some of the UI needs work. It took awhile to understand how to weight / filter which of the contacts you wanted to make primary. Could be more intuitive. **What problems is Dedupely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ove time, our HubSpot instance has become populated with a lot of duplicate contacts. That introduces problems when you target these contacts with campaigns. You don't know which email to send to. Your bounce rate is too high and HubSpot and Gmail look on that unfavorably. ### 11. You can customize the settings and the logic. **What do you dislike about Dedupely?** There's no way to apply "common sense" to the automatic merge logic. Dedupely as a system must see millions and millions of names. They should use that, or just add a huge database of real human names, so that the user can turn on a "common sense" filter for deciding which Name to assign to the merged contacts. You have to choose either the longest or shortest name as a rule to apply to newly merged contacts, and that is dumb. **What problems is Dedupely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automatically merge contacts within Pipedrive based on rules. ### 12.
