"Practical AI That Streamlines Patient Access and Admin Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Assort Health?

What I like most about Assort Health is its practical use of AI to address real-world healthcare challenges. The focus on automating patient interactions, appointment scheduling, and administrative workflows can meaningfully reduce the operational load on healthcare staff while also improving the overall patient experience.

I especially appreciate the healthcare-specific AI agents, their ability to manage more complex workflows, and the emphasis on making patient access faster, simpler, and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assort Health?

One concern I have about Assort Health is how reliable AI will be when it’s dealing with complex healthcare workflows. Automation can definitely improve efficiency, but AI agents may still misinterpret patient requests, give inaccurate responses, or have trouble with unusual or edge-case situations.

I’d also like to see more transparency around how the platform approaches data privacy, EHR integrations, and more complex patient interactions.

Overall, I think the concept is promising. That said, reliability, accuracy, and truly seamless integration with existing healthcare systems feel like areas that will need ongoing attention and continuous improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Assort Health “A Smarter Way to Manage Healthcare”"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Assort Health?

What I like most about Assort Health is how it makes appointment scheduling and patient communication much easier. I used it when I needed to book a follow-up appointment, and instead of waiting on hold or calling the clinic multiple times, I could simply speak with the AI voice agent and get it scheduled. I also liked that it could handle cancellations and patient intake anytime, even after office hours.

The voice agent sounds polite and natural, and the instructions are simple enough that even elderly patients can use it without getting confused by long phone menus. Features like intelligent call routing, medication refill requests, referral automation, and proactive patient outreach are also really useful. The interface is easy to navigate, responses are quick, and the automation reduces the workload for staff. I also like that it can work with existing healthcare systems through integrations. The time saved on calls makes the pricing feel worthwhile, and the onboarding and support experience adds to the overall value. Overall, it helps clinics provide faster, more reliable patient service without making the process complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assort Health?

The biggest drawback is that the AI receptionist can sometimes make simple appointment-related tasks more complicated than necessary. Repeated questions during patient intake and difficulty reaching a human representative can be frustrating, especially when trying to reschedule an appointment or discuss something urgent. A smoother handoff to clinic staff and better handling of complex patient requests would improve the overall experience. Overall I will rate 4.8/5.0 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A User-Friendly Solution That Simplifies Healthcare Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about Assort Health?

What I like most about Assort Health is how easy it makes managing patient interactions and healthcare operations. It helps streamline communication, reduces manual work, and makes appointment scheduling more efficient. The overall experience is user-friendly, and it helps teams save time while providing a smoother experience for both staff and patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assort Health?

One area that could be improved is the overall flexibility and customization of certain features. Sometimes, getting familiar with all the available options may take a little time. Also, improving response speed and providing more detailed reporting options would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Specialized Healthcare Scheduling That Shines—Though EHR Setup Can Be Tricky"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Assort Health?

What stands out most about Assort Health is how ridiculously specialized it is for healthcare. Unlike generic AI phone bots that just act like glorifications of "press 1 for scheduling," Assort actually understands complex medical workflows—like matching a specific chief complaint or body part to the right specialist and slot length. It integrates right into the practice's EHR to complete the task on the spot, so patients aren't stuck on hold for 15 minutes or left waiting for a callback just to book an appointment. It takes a massive load off front-desk staff without making the patient experience feel robotic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assort Health?

The biggest downside is how niche it is. Because it’s built specifically for healthcare front desks and patient scheduling, it’s not something you can easily adapt if you need a broader tool for general office ops or non-clinical customer service. Also, since it relies so heavily on deep EHR integration, setting it up can involve some friction if your practice’s existing software stack or custom workflows are messy. If your EHR system is outdated or poorly maintained, getting Assort to sync smoothly without edge-case glitches takes effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant Patient Access Calls with Smooth EHR Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Assort Health?

What I like best about Assort Health is that it was built specifically for healthcare patient access, not as a generic voice bot adapted for medical use. It handles scheduling, referrals, intake and follow-up, and it answers calls instantly, so patients no longer wait on hold. Because it works through existing EHR and practice management systems, such as Epic, Cerner and athenahealth, it fits our current workflow. It also routes calls to a human when needed, so staff can focus on care instead of phone queues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assort Health?

I dislike that Assort Health doesn't publish its pricing. Every buyer has to go through a sales conversation before knowing whether it fits the budget. Rollout also takes weeks, not days, because it needs EHR integration and clinical workflow mapping. Voice AI in healthcare carries real compliance and patient-trust stakes, so it needs a careful rollout, not a quick trial. It is also a newer entrant in its category, with a shorter track record than established vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Title: Game-changer for our Monday morning phone rush and staff burnout"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Assort Health?

Dramatically reduced call wait times, though the initial setup requires patience

Implementing Assort Health brought our inbound call hold times down to zero and noticeably reduced front-desk staff burnout. The AI reliably handles routine patient scheduling, insurance verification, and intake, and it runs 24/7 without missing calls.

Pros:

Deep EHR Sync: It integrates directly with standard EHRs, letting us schedule and update appointments in real time.

Staff Relief: It automates repetitive phone tasks so our office staff can spend more time on in-person patient care.

Cons:

Onboarding Setup: Tailoring the AI logic to complex, specialty-specific scheduling rules takes substantial upfront configuration.

Complex Edge Cases: Patients with highly nuanced medical requests still need to be transferred to human staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assort Health?

Edge Case Fallbacks: It handles 90%+ of straightforward scheduling and intake smoothly, but more complex clinical questions still get routed to human staff. That means you need to train the team on clear hand-off workflows so those transitions stay consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assort Health?

There is room for improvement in the overall user experience, particularly in making interactions more natural, consistent, and accurate. Improving the handling of complex or unexpected user queries would make the platform more reliable and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Healthcare Automation That Simplifies Daily Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about Assort Health?

What I like best about Assort Health is its intuitive interface and the way it uses AI to streamline healthcare communication and administrative workflows. The platform makes it easier to manage patient interactions, automate routine tasks, and improve coordination. I also appreciate its smooth performance and integration capabilities, which help create a more efficient and organized experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assort Health?

One area that could be improved is the flexibility of the user interface and customization options. Some integrations may require additional setup, and connecting different systems could be more straightforward. I would also like to see more transparency around pricing and ROI, along with additional onboarding resources and guidance for new users. Improving AI response accuracy and consistency would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Assort Health Voice AI Streamlines Clinic Calls and Frees Staff for Patient Care"
5/5
What do you like best about Assort Health?

Wellbeing is one of the core values at Pravesh Doors, and our small clinic for employees is one of the ways we try to live it. A clinic like ours doesn't have a big front-desk team, but employees still need quick, easy access to care. Assort Health's voice AI helps us with exactly that. It handles patient calls for us, including booking and rescheduling appointments, answering common questions, and routing anything more complex to our staff. With Assort Health AI, we have noticed very shorter time on calls, fewer missed calls, how natural voice sounds, or whether employees can use their preferred language. For us as a management, the biggest benefit is that our clinic staff can spend their time on employees' health rather than on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assort Health?

Setup and connecting it to our scheduling system took some efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Making Patient Communication More Efficient"
4/5
What do you like best about Assort Health?

What stood out to me about Assort was how much of the patient-access workload it can take on without making the experience feel impersonal or disconnected. While helping a healthcare company implement the platform, I found the AI voice agent especially helpful for handling routine calls, appointment scheduling, and common patient questions, while still allowing more complex situations to be routed to the right staff.

I also appreciated how Assort carries patient context from one interaction to the next, rather than treating every call like a brand-new conversation. That made the overall workflow feel more consistent and cut down on repetitive tasks for the team. One unexpected benefit was how much easier it became to stay on top of patient requests outside normal office hours, without putting the same added burden on the front desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Assort Health?

The main limitation we noticed was with more unusual or complicated patient conversations. The AI handled routine requests well, but situations that involved several issues at once or needed more context could still require staff involvement.

From our experience supporting the implementation, having more flexibility around escalation rules and giving staff greater control over how certain types of conversations are handled would be helpful. It would make the handoff smoother and give the team more confidence when dealing with cases that fall outside the usual workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
