Assembly Neos is very noticeable in terms of making the work of estate and trust more visible. I use it on a daily basis to keep track of case notes, client requests, and submission of documents. It integrates with our email and files system to ensure that the messages and documents are stored appropriately. I do not like that in Assembly Neos there are certain workflows that do not seem flexible and can hardly be modified in case of any unforeseen circumstances. To add an exception or update, a few steps are at times necessary and this delays my working on pending cases. Multi tasking may prove to be cumbersome when the seasons are at their peak.
