Neo's is amazing. It helps me keep track of my cases and the work that is done and still needed to be done. I can text and email my clients straight from Neo's. I can save all my emails, texts and notes from here. The text feature will notify you if the message went through or not. We have been able to upload our letters to the program and be able to generate each one for our clients, we can even open the generated letters and change the letter. It helps cut down the time of having to produce each letter one by one and cut down on the basic needs of inputting name, address etc. Neos has a calendar setting to set dates for clients and even write notes to other co-workers. Logging in and out is very easy and case reminders come up when you log in everyday. Time keeping can be put for each case if you need to keep time for hourly cases for civil or criminal cases. Cost for each case can be calculated and input in the system, to make everything easier for the accountant. It certainly can be customizable to your office. The updates sometimes take away the way we make our reports and case list. We don't have much say in what they update sometimes the updates are refreshing and helpful but lately it has made it a little difficult for my office to run reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Neos has really improved its notes section. We used to have issues with notes not saving, and since they've added the feature to allow us to save changes before moving on to something else, it has really helped. The advanced search has also really helped find specific things we need or are looking for from cases. This really helped with second-guessing things. It still really helps us as a team keep up with every client's case and to ensure we know what was last worked on and with who. Having things organized is the best way to keep things functional. I still do not like the logging you out automatically. I understand it is likely for security purposes, however if logging out could at least keep the tabs you had open in Neos opened that would be great. I also mostly love the note section however when I hit enter to make a space for a new paragraph, or notation it just does a single space. I am unsure if this is user error or if its with the system. Sometimes it does do the correct spacing, but the majority of the time it the space is right under the last words of the last sentence without the proper spacing resulting in a double space when enter is clicked again. Neos has finally started linking different types of contacts. For example, previously provider contacts would not be linked to case contacts. I find Assembly Neos incredibly useful for retrieving case information very quickly, saving me from having to sift through documents manually. I love being able to read notes from other team members without needing to chase them down for information. I really enjoy the ability to track providers, dates of treatment, and providers on liens. The Docs tab with its templates is great for generating documents. I particularly like using the Value Tab to track costs, payments, and other financial data, and I appreciate being able to attach documents directly to my notes for easy access. The checklist feature helps me stay organized, and creating my own to-dos is very efficient. I also appreciate the customizable dashboard, which lets me see my activities and cases without extra steps, and the seamless integration with my Outlook calendar to ensure I don't miss anything. The Neos AI cannot analyze really big files, like a 3,000-page record, making it hard to get summaries for large documents. I also wish there were more boxes in the Value Tab or Records Tab for each provider, like 'treating' & 'not treating', and a way to run reports on that. It'd be nice to run a report on pending checklist tasks and their due dates too, but I haven't found how to do that. Also, I prefer if Neos was available as a desktop application instead of just on the browser. Using it on the browser shrinks the screen with the tabs, making it hard to see all the information.
