**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I really enjoy the little things which give a positive spin on a day at work. You can't always have the best days, but seeing some of the interactions on Assembly really give a little smile or laughter to the team. It brings you closer in a way to everyone you work with, even if you have a larger company. A social media style interaction with the family within the boundaries of your company.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I would say my most disliked thing in any platform is when someone tags @everyone and you get those notifications. A lot of times it isn't pertaining to the items I enjoy following, so it's just an extra email to mark as read.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe the biggest benefit is the interactions that you can have throughout the company. It's a wide range of people across the country and having the connection through a different platform is nice.

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I love how many ways there are to acknowledge and interact with my team, particularly because so many of them work in a different city. Giving or receiving recognition and trophies makes me feel good and like our team cares about each other. Sharing wow moments helps me see how everyone is going above and beyond in their field of work. It also gives us an opportunity to be silly and share photos of our pets. It helps us focus on our company's core values. When I first joined Lightcurve, I was able to share about myself and interact with my coworkers right away which made my onboarding feel so smooth. I have never had any problems with the interface, it is always smooth sailing.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I never feel like I have enough trophies to go around, and I wish I could send more. I also think it can be difficult to get everyone to buy into using it consistently. If there were more of an incentive within the software to encourage people to make posts, I think it would get used more.

**What problems is Assembly by Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work far away from most of the company, and Assemble makes it easier to connect with my coworkers on a more personal level. It’s nice to feel like I have the ability to make someone’s day better. It also includes our company org chart and huddle notes, which makes it easy to keep so much important company information in one place. On top of that, it creates space to be welcoming to newer coworkers who are still in the onboarding stage.

I use Assembly to recognize my staff, and it has been a positive way to highlight the work people do every day. It’s easy to use, and I appreciate that recognition is visible across the whole team. It gives everyone a chance to see wins that might otherwise go unnoticed—whether someone is helping a coworker, completing a special project, or reaching an important milestone. Overall, it makes recognition feel more consistent and less formal, which helps keep morale up.

There isn’t much I dislike. Like any platform, it works best when people use it consistently. If team members forget to participate, or if leaders don’t model the behavior, it can quickly lose momentum. It would be helpful to have a few more reminders or prompts that encourage ongoing recognition without making it feel forced.

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Their software is friendly and easy to use, I believe that everyone can use it without any issues. I do like the idea of having the option of choosing the gift card you like to redeem in the moment, is very convenient. And, when you are giving a reward, you can use a value, that's important to the team, they can know your sincere opinion. Their support team will help you when you got an issue but it will take some time for them to give you a solution, that's the only bad part I found in assembly so far and I've been using this app for almost 2 years.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I dislike the amount of gif cards available in Colombia, it should be great to have more stores and options. And their support team needs to improve, they take a long time to give you a resolution and asks the same questions different times.

When you are doing a comparison between the Assembly 2 years ago and today, the performance is fast, they are not freezing and when I add some tools to my phone they are working correctly most of the times.

I like that Assembly by Quantum Workplace provides gift card options for everywhere I shop with any bonuses I receive from work. I can process my bonuses on my own schedule, and I'm instantly provided with the gift card details. I appreciate the access to my rewards on my schedule, allowing me to decide and spend the gift card within minutes. Being able to monetize the recognition from my employer regardless of business hours is a big plus. I also appreciate the ease of redemption on Assembly by Quantum Workplace's website. The initial setup was very seamless, and despite expectations, the process was surprisingly easy.

At first, I honestly wasn’t sure why we needed another tool like this. Over time though, it’s added a really meaningful layer of recognition for people who quietly do a lot of work behind the scenes. I like that you can see everyone’s shout‑outs in one place instead of them getting lost in email or chat. When you do a good job and a colleague takes the time to recognize you, it actually feels good rather than forced. I also really appreciate that the recognition ties to real rewards, so there’s something tangible to look forward to instead of it just being another “nice idea” that turns into workplace noise.

I love the ease of using the platform and real time updates that i receive. The gift cards and vouchers are mapped quite well with the amount! I regularly use the vouchers and i'm based in India, it has a lot of platform vouchers. I have also found the support to be quick and the resolutions to be satisfactory. The AI integration is also quite fun to use and answers all my questions. Assembly is integrated with my Slack account and provides great real-time updates. My company uses Assembly and has been very satisfied with the platfrom pricing.

Initial confusion about the platfrom, and sometimes notifications are not in real time. I also cannot see my recognition at the very top, i always have to filter them out.

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace to appreciate my team members for all the great work they do, like innovating or participating in crucial tasks. It's a great way to show appreciation and directly share a token of appreciation with all the members in my organization. I find the Gift Card vouchers meaningful and rewarding because they offer a variety of brand gift vouchers and are always adding more options. I also found the initial setup super easy, with a very easy sign up through an invite received on work email.

The mobile application at times doesn't respond correctly and sometimes it keeps on loading infinitely and never loads up.

I love how you can acknowledge your teammates for going above and beyond. The assembly points add up quickly, and they offer some really great places and ways to redeem your points.

I wouldn't say there is a downside to it honestly. The only thing that I find odd is that you are granted a certain number of trophies each month to award to others. The max number of trophies (112) is odd that you can opt to give to a single person (this may be a company setting, I am not sure).

I think it is solving lack of appreciation in the workforce. So many companies don't offer a reward program and if so it is usually the supervisor that has the say, at least from past experience. With Assembly everyone, no matter your title, is able to award points to your peers for a job well done and I love that!

Assembly surprised me in the best way. I started using it expecting “just another platform,” and it ended up becoming something I genuinely enjoy using. The design is friendly, the tools actually work the way you hope they will, and the overall experience feels smooth and well thought-out. It doesn’t overwhelm you, it supports you — and that’s rare. You can tell there’s real intention behind how it’s built.

I routinely use Assembly by Quantum Workplace to highlight good work by my team members, those who have gone above and beyond, and just to generally show appreciation. Assembly allows for recognition in a place that everyone has access to, which makes team members feel valued. We can take that appreciation and turn it into gift cards. I like the routine within the month of knowing that if something has gone well to state it by months end [ideally in the moment], it's common for us to say thank you and send Assembly points. If ever we want to make the gesture funny, we can add a GIF to add more levity to it. I also find the initial setup very easy. It's really a good morale boost.

Would be nice to transfer the total amount of your points instead of set thresholds [ie- if you have 377 points transfering that into a single giftcard instead of split]

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I love the great impact Assembly by Quantum Workplace has on team morale. We use it for kudos, rewards, and employee recognition, which helps keep employees engaged and motivated. I especially appreciate all of the gif options and the AI writing help because they make expressing what I want to say super easy and fast, and the gifs add a fun element. I also like that it connects to our workplace Slack and the initial setup only took 5 minutes. Overall, I think it's pretty perfect.

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I like it best that teams can value each other and not just verbal but also in monetary terms which is the icing on the cake. The UI/UX for the website is very helpful and the integration in slack is also amazing. I would however, improve the integration on slack to tell others that we can actually redeem the trophies as i did not know of this before. The performance is impeccable and our employees are happier so ROI is amazing. I havent had the chance to use the support function even though the onboarding is very easy but it just goes to show how easy it is to use the app and the AI feature in here helps loads, like writing this review!

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Theres not much in particular i dislike, maybe redeeming could be better, and if one user has redeemed a card, and they redeem another maybe it should be clearly mentioned that they can top up that card?

Team building has never been more fun and creative, our teams are much more synchronized now

It is a really great platform to give recognition to your colleagues and highlight the amazing work they do. It not only allows team members to celebrate each other’s contributions, but also provides individuals with clear and engaging ways to earn points through participation, teamwork, and demonstrating company values. It encourages a positive workplace culture, boosts morale, and helps ensure that hard work and dedication are acknowledged and rewarded.

Assembly is solving the challenge of consistent employee recognition and engagement within teams. In many workplaces, great work can go unnoticed, and there isn’t always a structured way to celebrate contributions or reinforce company values. Assembly creates a centralized, easy-to-use platform where recognition is visible, meaningful, and tied to rewards.

For me, it’s beneficial because it makes appreciation more intentional and consistent. It encourages team members to acknowledge one another in real time, strengthens morale, and builds a more positive team culture. The points system also adds an extra layer of motivation by providing tangible rewards, which helps increase participation and engagement across the organization.

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I use Assembly by Quantum Workplace for giving and receiving reward coins, which can be redeemed on various gift card platforms. It's a very good tool for employee appreciation, allowing employees to appreciate anyone who helped them and redeem those for gift vouchers of their choice. I think it has a neat and sleek design, making it easy to identify employees in the system and choose appreciation categories. The appreciation shows up instantly, and the rewards or coins are credited right away. With integration to chat tools like Slack, I receive instant messages when I appreciate someone or someone else appreciates me, which is great. The initial setup was very easy since everything was already done by the organization, so I just logged in with my credentials. I would give it a 9 because it's really helpful, although sometimes redemption options like Amazon gift cards run out. Apart from that, everything works well for me.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Sometimes they run out of options on redemption, like not being able to redeem points for an Amazon gift card. And then I have to wait 1-2 days for redemption.

Assembly by Quantum Workplace is a great tool for employee appreciation. It allows giving and receiving coins that can be redeemed for gift vouchers, fostering a culture of recognition and rewarding positive interactions.

**What do you like best about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I love the ease of Assembly by Quantum Workplace and how it's very user-friendly. I love that there's an app. I am very impressed by the dashboard and the things that we are able to do within the dashboard as admin, and also the ease of use for our employees. The app is great because it allows all of our employees, who are out in the field, to communicate with us, congratulate each other, and build the culture we want for our workplace. The user-friendly interface is very simple for our employees to use, even those who are not tech-savvy. The administrative dashboard is great, making it very easy for us to find exactly what we need. The initial setup was phenomenal thanks to Mikaela, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through any questions we had.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

Maybe just the reliability of the app. If you're not active on it for a few days, it starts to glitch and give you a couple of problems to the point where you either have to log out, log back in, or you have to delete the app, redownload the app, and then log back in.

Assembly by Quantum Workplace automates rewards distribution for employees, eliminating the need for physical office visits for rewards and avoiding monthly gift card purchases. It allows employees to choose their rewards, fostering flexibility and enhancing interaction among remote workers.

At this point, I don't have anything negative to say about Assembly. I love how easy it is to use... very user-friendly! The intuitive design and streamlined interface make it a pleasure to work with, allowing me to focus on tasks rather than struggling with the software.

I like how easy it is to give recognition with Assembly by Quantum Workplace and how easy it is to rack up rewards. It's easy to log in with my workplace credentials, which means I never have to abandon sending recognition due to complicated access steps. Searching for a person's name and assigning tokens is straightforward, and the rewards automatically accumulate without any extra effort on my part. I've also never had an issue redeeming rewards.

**What do you dislike about Assembly by Quantum Workplace?**

I wish the rewards were higher. The existing level of rewards do motivate me somewhat, but I find the dollars are miniscule. If there is a way of increasing the value of the rewards for each set of 10 tokens, for example, this would make the value of the rewards more meaningful.

I like that Assembly by Quantum Workplace allows us to reward our colleagues with Eyebucks for their hard work, which they can use to make purchases. It solves the problem of being able to interact and reward our colleagues even while working remotely, giving us the feeling of being connected. I like that I can provide a monetary or tangible/public acknowledgment of my colleagues' hard work so that everyone in the organization can see. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly.

The only complaint or issue that I think can be improved is the amount of EyeBucks given. I wish there were more to give out, or that your EyeBucks to give out replenished faster.

I love that I can give recognition to my teammates in an easy in fun way! Super easy UI, features, and onboarding. I also love the AI features! Super helpful for writing messages for my coworkers. Great price, always performs as expected, and the Slack integration makes it even easier and more convenient to use!

I wish I could give out more rewards to my coworkers! It's so fun and easy to do.
