**What do you like best about Asista Software?**

Integrated with Cloud for avoiding repeated aleters and also HR and accounts proces are managed via asista.

**What do you dislike about Asista Software?**

Better implementation document may be considered.

**What problems is Asista Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Repeated cloud aleter based incidents are tracked by asista and we are able to reduce unnecessary incidenst.
2. Integrating customer support and IT Support on single platform.
3. Providing service catelogue for HR and Accounts department for employee to raise request
