**What do you dislike about Ascent?**

For new user in Fintech sector it is bit a learning curve initially. Additionally frequent update and enhanced integration option with third party is another learning curve.

**What problems is Ascent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly Ascent is helpful in addressing problems in financial governance, compliance and operations efficiency. By automating workflows, Ascent has helped reducing operational risk, improve data accuracy and smooth reporting.
