They have partnered with us at all steps along the way from design to testing to implementation and beyond. The team responds quickly to questions and issues that are raised and are open to feedback on ways to make the product better. The system has been very flexible to allow us to continue expanding it's use and functionality across the organization, delivering efficiencies in each use case. **What do you dislike about Ascend?** We have had occasional periods of slow responsiveness during invoice processing, but the Ascend Team engages quickly to research the cause, determine and solution and follows up to ensure it was resolved. **What problems is Ascend solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to expand this to all facets of our AP department, where as our previous software only allowed us to utilize OCR on one of our processing teams.
