While this is never a response we want to hear, we see this as an opportunity to gain the necessary insight that will create a positive shift in our partnership. To start, the post mentions 'had the ability to copy previous documents automatically'. While we do have both the ability to duplicate an invoice line as well as set a rule to copy from a previous invoice, we believe you are referring to the ‘On Demand’ version. This was not provided in the first release but is on our roadmap to be delivered. We would love the opportunity to do a working session to see if leveraging the Document Rules will be a suitable bridge gap until the On-Demand is available. With respect to recognition, this is something where partnering can yield the quickest improvement. We have customers that have experienced a large increase in both overall recognition as well as pass-through (or Touchless processing) after collaborating.
