The automatic approval of invoices has worked very well, and it provides great management of these, saving time and effort as well as keeping data up to date automatically. **What do you dislike about Ascend?** Sometimes the recognition of invoices does not work perfectly, and we have to go and make some changes so that there are no errors, but for now, this software does a good job at automating the entire AP ecosystem. **What problems is Ascend solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software has helped us get rid of so much paperwork and has helped us switch completely to digital invoicing, which is faster, and so much more convenient and affordable. The use of ElevateAP in our business has helped us save a lot of time and energy and we have let it handle most of the tedious tasks in the AP process such as the verification of invoices, the reviewing, the approvals, the data entry, and more. ### 4. We are unable to make mass selections and changes without delays or unresponsiveness. The Elevate AP software will fix these issues. **What problems is Ascend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ascend is able to look up account numbers under specific suppliers and route to our ERP per our instructions. So we are forced to use them. The implementation was pretty smooth. The customer service has recently improved **What do you dislike about Ascend?** Their response rate to our tickets fell greatly in 2021. But with new customer service reps, they are doing much better. I would like to see their ticket response rate continue to improve. **What problems is Ascend solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had Concur invoice before and their process was very smooth. It took awhile for us to acclimate to Ascend. I believe they are trying to improve their software. But at first it was not anywhere near what we had with Concur. The benefit was we do not have to import an extract into our ERP software with Workday. ### 7. The OCR works great and reduces errors due to not having to input the information manually. The customer service at Ascend is outstanding and we enjoy working with our business partners. **What do you dislike about Ascend?** There are a few kinks that have taken an extended amount of time to get fixed -- such as the way the invoice dates are coming through. I also wish that the users could have more control in certain situations, like when a large invoice gets sent through and holds up all other invoices, it would be nice to cancel that invoice on my own without opening a ticket. **Recommendations to others considering Ascend:** Make sure it is set up correctly at the beginning. We had some issues at the beginning of our setup and were unhappy at first but we finally got everything resolved and we are in a good place with Ascend. **What problems is Ascend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficency! It takes much less time to process invoices with Ascend SmartTouch AP, allowing us to get more invoices processed throughout the day. There are also fewer errors with OCR. ### 9.
