It's our first time setting up a team of 8 overseas within a short time frame. They understand our challenge and help us navigate the landscape in India. They are responsive and patient. Currently, we are good to receive invoices via emails. The invoices have all the details of each cost item so it's clear. Personally, it feels better to receive invoices from their team members instead of an auto payment request from machine.
