Impossible to get a hold of anyone at the company as they have zero support. I had to dispute with my credit card for over 1 year worth of fraudulent charges. **What problems is Artlogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a very bad software. ### 2. An ideal feature it has is inventory management, where you can control in detail all the resources accounted for in the gallery, and everything is organized in the best way. Thanks to this feature, we can always have the necessary supplies we use, in the correct measure, such as paintings, papers, fabrics, and other materials we always use in our art workshops. It also has marketing tools that help us send the best information to our visitors by email, letting them know about the new artworks they can see and the schedules of our gallery. **What do you dislike about Artlogic?** Honestly, there's not much negative to say about this application. It works well for our business. The only thing I dislike is its price; it could be a bit less expensive. Perhaps famous galleries can spend money freely, but in places like ours, we always try to save costs as much as possible. We acquired this tool because it met our expectations, but $90 a month is a bit high in my opinion. I believe that with a price reduction, it could capture more markets, like ours, that seek to save some more money. **Recommendations to others considering Artlogic:** It is an easy-to-use tool, everything is in the cloud, you do not need to install anything on your computer, and it does not require special recommendations for its use. It is an application that works well and is easy to use. **What problems is Artlogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a tool that has allowed us to have better control over the administration of our art gallery, facilitating many tasks we must perform daily. We can manage databases, all our objects, and products, allowing us to have a better-prepared inventory. Thanks to this, we can have better money management, spending only what is necessary to avoid any kind of loss. Together with this tool, we can achieve better growth in the different areas of our business. ### 3.
