**Describe the project or task Artisan helped with:**

We had a little issue with our backend panel website, which was that the graphs display charts for income were showing the wrong values and bleeding out of the area. I found a great and friendly guy on Artisan and he diagnosed and fixed our minor issues in a day. He also modify some of the code, made sure this issue doesn't ever occur again, and explained to us what exactly he did. They're very transparent, and I could put my trust first in them.

**What do you like best about Artisan?**

People from Artisan are really friendly. I consider them as friends more than just a person for hire. Josh was extremely friendly and offered to fix our website even in areas that we've never thought about. After he fixed the display issues for our graph charts, he also went out of his way to fix other display issues around our website. They offer more value than what we thought. They're extremely thoughtful during the whole process while fixing our site. They asked us for permission before they do anything, which we all complied to.

**What do you dislike about Artisan?**

The service was exceedingly exceptional! There is nothing I dislike about them.

**What problems is Artisan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After they fixed our backend site and caught many more issues that we didn't realize, we're confident that our backend will be much clearer for our staff to use. Our staff no longer complain about the previous issues, and we are all problem free up to this day!
