I find Articulate 360 fairly easy to use for creating courses, especially Rise, which I really like because it’s so simple. We prefer Rise over a similar course-creation tool we considered. I’ve had a very positive experience with the support staff, especially during our accessibility audit, and I find it fairly easy to talk to someone at Articulate if I have concerns. I like the constant innovations and am excited about some of the new product updates, though I haven’t used them properly yet. I also like the community aspect and enjoyed Articuland London mostly. The people who work at Articulate seem genuinely nice. I find Articulate 360 a very smooth product, and I think it’s easy to use, with support available if something goes wrong. I was surprised that Articulate hasn’t spent more time on accessibility, and I think it should be much more of a priority. I also couldn’t find a way to give Copilot access to my Articulate courses, so I have to screenshot individual pages, which is really time-consuming. I expected Articulate to be more embedded in my workflow. Messing around with seats is a bit of a pain, though that doesn’t really affect me now as we have a central team. Articulate licenses are expensive, especially for an individual contractor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
