In my day-to-day work, I often receive content that has already been approved by the client, with clear instructions that the text must be kept exactly as provided. However, when I upload that content using Articulate's AI, it completely transforms the text—it rewrites, restructures, and often alters the tone or original intent. This becomes a challenge when clients require strict fidelity to the approved content, as I end up needing to redo the material or avoid using the AI functionality altogether, which limits its usefulness in those scenarios. I would love to see an AI option that is more assistive rather than interventionist—one that can suggest how to structure the content into screens or blocks, without modifying the actual text unless I specifically request it. And mostly I compose the contents with PPT at the first, and then convert it to the Articulate360, it has fairly exchange from PPT to Articulate program. Some logics and tricks sometimes don't work and need to learn the software, once you learn how to use it then it will help you a lot. **What do you dislike about Articulate 360?** It is not perfectly optimized with MS PPT, so during the editing, copy+paste work doesn't fit between Powerpoint and Articulate. And Articulate doesn't support arrange guideline like PPT, it makes the user harder to arrange photos and shapes. Some logics are very tricky so hard to understand how it work. 2) Though there are really good voices like Matilda, most of the young voices have an accent or tone at the end, which is repetitive and makes it annoying.
3) Also, the timeline can be more accessible, especially when it comes to moving the components and shortening the length.
4) Each time when updating the AI text to speech, the CC gets regenerated (though we are unchecking the checkbox for the same) which makes adjusting the CC each time.
