They don't really have competitors in the market so they really push their own preferences on the customers. 1- they don't negotiate contract terms. Whenever I have an issue I can open a ticket, describe the problem and link my project file. Usually only in ONE business day I get a response. And the responses don't just link to articles on how to solve the problem, the agent explains the solution or solutions. When appropriate they send screenshots and videos of what they did to fix the issue AND send back a modified fiel with the solution applied. This is truly above and beyond! **What do you dislike about Articulate 360?** The only thing I would say is that there is still some issues when it comes to screen reader compatibility. Sometimes the focus order doesn't work as expected when testing the project with a screen reader. **What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is by far the most effective e-learning authoring tool. There are others, but I love how PRECISE I can get with Storyline in particular.
