The collaborative features are incredibly beneficial as well; after building a course, I can share it for review with my team, conduct self-reviews, and finally present it to sponsors, making it a thorough review process. Additionally, I love the ease of installation and update of the software. Even if an update doesn't work perfectly, it is straightforward to uninstall and revert to a previous version until a patch is available. The intuitive interface simplifies navigation, reducing frustration during setup and use. Overall, these features contribute to Articulate 360 being a powerful and versatile tool in the creation of interactive course content.

Additionally, the use of variables is a feature that I find makes replication much easier, facilitating smoother course creation workflows.

I find the AI accessibility features of Articulate 360 to be a bit clunky, as they do not allow me to apply blanket changes to multiple assets simultaneously, which is inefficient when dealing with multiple slides and decorations that don't require alt text. Currently, changes can only be applied at the slide level, limiting flexibility. Additionally, I encounter problems with certain variables not replicating well. This can be frustrating as it hinders the workflow and leads to complications that could break a project. Furthermore, some functions require JavaScript, which adds complexity. The text variables are particularly finicky and can disrupt the project if they malfunction.

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I think it’s fairly easy to use. I am also quite impressed and very excited with all the additions such as the AI and localization we have purchased all of it. I have moved from captivate so for me this was life-changing for our company as well as the money we saved sending out SCORM files to be translated. Plus time.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Before I came to the seminar. I was concerned about the support and that’s because I didn’t understand where to go or how it worked. I also learned about community which I’m now tied into. I would suggest that when a new customers on boards  you have the rep spend some time with them to explain the software. This did not happen to me. I was kind of thrown in and figured out myself. There was a point where I was paying for 12 or 13 seats for a special project. I’m now down to 7 but either way it goes. It would have been nice for someone to go through a demo and explain the different products.

I find the Review 360 function really unimpressive. Additionally, I'm frustrated by the slow response from the Articulate team to user feature requests. It's particularly annoying when encountering issues only to find forum posts from four years ago with the same problems, where solutions or improvements have not been made.

I dislike that sometimes when I storyboard or build in PowerPoint and then import it into Articulate 360, a shape with a text box converts to an image, making it unfixable. This requires me to go back into the original PowerPoint to correct it, which is inconvenient. It seems to happen occasionally, and I believe there might be a more efficient way to handle this, but it can get a little wonky in this regard.

This is one of the easiest suite of products I've used when creating eLearning. We have used this for both internal and external elearning and we are consistently getting positive feedback about it. We use this all the time now for nearly every type of learning, from compliance to personal development, and even technical  how to training, there's nothing this suite can't do. It's not just easy to use, it's out of the box ready. All you have to do to implement is log in. Or, in the case of Storyline, you have to download and install it, but that's it. I love this product and it would be terrible if we lost it.

I have very little to say about disliking Articulate. There are a few things I wish they would add to Rise 360, but those are nice to haves and don't stop me from using it.

I was introduced to Articulate 360 by a colleague. I am relatively new to the world of AI and wasn't sure how quickly I would be able to learn this new way of doing things. I am impressed with how many videos there are about how to get started with Articulate and how easy it is to implement what you are learning. I also like how when I complete a training video, someone contacts me and encourages me to continue learning more. I receive an email outlining what I covered that day and it feels like the company is vested in my learning journey.

Since I have only been using Articulate for a few weeks, I haven't really had time to discover what I genuinely dislike about Articulate. Since I am using it for work, I would probably say that it is not affordable for my personal use.

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I find Articulate 360 incredibly valuable for a number of reasons. Firstly, the setup process was fast and easy; everything is online, which meant I could get up and running quickly without any hassles. I absolutely appreciate the speed with which I can develop courseware. It allows me to transform ideas into fully built courses in just a matter of hours, which is a tremendous efficiency. Furthermore, I find its capability to build quizzes exceptionally useful. I have the flexibility to incorporate different parameters, such as audio and images, and I can easily configure correct and incorrect answers. The quizzes feature adds great versatility to the courseware I create. Lastly, I love that Articulate 360 is a rapid development tool because it supports a fast-paced work environment and aligns perfectly with my need to produce content swiftly.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I find that feature development by the creators of Articulate 360 is sometimes slow, and they don't always listen to what users want. Meanwhile, they continue to develop new features that don't seem to solve the problems that users are asking about.

The cost is rather high also I need to figure out how to use some of the features. What compensate is the support rendered. There are still many features that I am unfamiliar with, reckoned it will take time and practice for me to be able to be competent with it.

We used to engage vendors to develop for our e-learning modules, with Articulate 360 it allows us to develop in-house competencies to develop e-learning modules internally. And any required amendments and review can take place much faster.
