## Articulate 360 Reviews
 ### 1. Content creation in Rise is easy, dynamic, and highly customizable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guilherme S. | Analista de Desenvolvimento de Talentos Pl., Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like the ease of content creation and the possibility of engagement, as it is very easy to customize and create dynamic content on Rise.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

It's not the focus, but if it had the feature to create animated videos, it would be the cherry on top. It would be unbeatable.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that rise solves is the management of technical content knowledge. And the engagement that the content created in the tool provides.

 ### 2. Quick, interactive, and very easy to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Horeb R. | Empleado en prácticas, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The interactivity and ease of using the program is quick and interactive.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I would like the images section to have more adjustment and customization options, with more choices for selecting the size or shape of the images, like a layer with a shape.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mostly helps me to have interactive courses with greater ease and agility, our clients like it, and we can divide large projects with Storyline and micro-course projects with Rise 360.

 ### 3. Quick Course Creation with Powerful AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate uses AI features to create engaging learning. The tools are easy to use and you can quickly generate professional educational courses. Articulate can help me create nice looking courses quickly.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Sometimes the AI features need a little tinkering to get what you want. You still can't delete items in the focus order in Rise to make the course totally ADA compliant, but you can do that in Storyline.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to create professional looking courses in a short amount of time. Courses and aspects of courses can be duplicated quickly to save time on creating other courses. You can add videos, photos, and it can create professional voice over from written text. I like the AI text to voice feature also.

 ### 4. Effortless E-Learning Creation with Intuitive Tools and Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tuli D. | Learning Experience Design & Development Sr. Analyst, Logistics and Supply Chain, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I completely love how Articulate 360 smooths out the entire process of e-learning creation. Rise is excellent to create clean and responsive courses fast and Storyline gives me complete control when I want something more personalized.

Templates, media library, and the review tool save a lot of time and make collaboration easy. I like its interface, it’s super intuitive for me to make courses, it lets me create courses and not have to get stuck on menus. I love the pace at which I can prototype ideas - Rise, in particular, helps me polish things up quickly. The frequent updates and new features make the tool seem like it’s evolving with my needs. The Review 360 feedback system is a life-saver when liaising with SMEs and stakeholders. It allows me to build easy-to-configure modules or fully interactive experiences depending on the project.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Some features still feel limited, especially in Rise when I want more customization. Storyline can get a bit heavy and slow at times, and publishing large courses takes longer than I’d like. It’s also a subscription that adds up, so I wish the pricing was a little more flexible.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 solves the problem of creating professional e-learning quickly without needing multiple tools. Rise helps me turn raw content into clean, responsive modules in very little time, while Storyline lets me build more interactive pieces when the project needs depth. The built-in templates, media assets, and Review 360 streamline collaboration, so I spend less time chasing feedback and more time actually designing. Overall, it saves me hours of manual work and makes the whole development process far more efficient.

 ### 5. Simplifies Learning Content Creation, But Lacks Mac Compatibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthik M. | Assistant Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like all the features in Articulate 360, especially the drag and drop elements and the ability to create interactive content. The software is very interactive and user-friendly, making complex content into simple and engaging learning experiences. I appreciate the ease of using templates and reusing slides and shared assets, which reduces manual effort and saves time. It's also really easy to set up as it's cloud-based, which makes it convenient to use.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The main problem is that I'm using a Mac system, and Articulate 360 doesn't have Mac compatibility. That is my main drawback.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Articulate 360 to turn complex content into engaging learning. It's interactive, user-friendly, and reduces manual effort with templates, saving time with updates. It consolidates everything needed for content development.

 ### 6. Articulate 360: Powerful E-Learning Creation with Next-Level AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shiann A. | Associate Director, Talent Business Partner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like how Articulate 360 includes tools that let you build learning solutions ranging from very simple to highly complex. Once you understand how states and triggers work, the possibilities feel endless. Articulate 360 is my go-to eLearning authoring tool, and the AI is truly next level.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

There’s definitely a learning curve, which makes it more challenging to get comfortable using the software at first. I also don’t like that it only runs on Windows, since that limits where I can use it.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to create quick eLearning for my organization and to organize training into clear, self-paced modules that are easy to follow.

 ### 7. A Strategic Tool for High-Impact Learning Delivery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

What I appreciate most about Articulate 360 is its end-to-end eLearning ecosystem. The integration between Storyline, Rise, Review 360, and Content Library significantly streamlines the design and development process.

Storyline provides the flexibility to create highly customized, interactive learning experiences, while Rise allows rapid development of clean, responsive courses. Review 360 simplifies stakeholder feedback cycles, reducing back-and-forth emails and improving version control.

Additionally, the Content Library assets and templates accelerate development without compromising quality. Overall, it balances creative freedom with efficiency, which is critical in fast-paced learning environments.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

While Articulate 360 is powerful, there are a few areas that could improve. Performance optimization in Storyline can sometimes become challenging with larger files, especially when incorporating heavy media or complex triggers.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 solves the core challenge of efficiently developing interactive, SCORM-compliant digital learning at scale. It reduces development time through templates, reusable blocks, and built-in assets, while still enabling rich interactivity where needed.

It also addresses the common issue of stakeholder alignment through Review 360, which centralizes feedback and improves transparency.

For me, the biggest benefit is the ability to move seamlessly from concept to published course within one ecosystem. This improves turnaround time, ensures consistency in quality, and allows me to focus more on instructional strategy rather than technical constraints.

 ### 8. Essential for Creating Interactive Content

I like the possibilities of creating simulators, decision trees, and games with Articulate 360.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

We wanted it to be possible to display a PDF without requiring the learner to download the file. In the sense that, just as we embed a video in Storyline and it is displayed, we wanted a PDF to be displayed as well.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Articulate 360 to create courses with interactions, such as simulators, decision trees, and games, allowing tracking of participants and utilizing different resources.

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

It’s easy to navigate, and transferring it as a SCORM package from one LMS to another is straightforward. There’s no coding required unless it’s truly needed, and it’s user-friendly when it comes to doing a review.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

When I’m doing HTML coding, I can’t edit it as a block the way I’d like and instead have to work directly in the code, which limits creativity. Also, the fact that the AI capabilities come at an extra cost is disappointing; I feel this should be standard.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Long HTML/CSS coding on the LMS, with good compartmentalization of lengthy text. The scenarios and interactivities are easy to follow and work through.

 ### 30. Dynamic Content Creation with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank V. | ICT Trainer & 2nd Line HelpDesk, Facilities Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I use Articulate 360 for creating content, slide shows, video trainings, and storytelling. I like the fact that it is easy to use (after the initial trial) and allows for dynamic trainings. The templates in Articulate 360 are very helpful. Sometimes you need a good starting point for a presentation or a training module, and using one of the predefined templates gives me good ideas and a perspective to fit into my training.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The initial set-up took some time to master. The learning curve in the beginning is not so easy, but once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze. The current level of AI is still not perfect. I think that could get some improvement, especially with the competition from other e-learning content creation tools. It requires already some good knowledge of e-learning authoring software to get the most out of it.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Articulate 360 to create complex stories with multiple branches. It becomes easy to use after the initial learning curve, allowing for dynamic trainings. The templates provide a helpful starting point for presentations or training modules, sparking new ideas and fitting into your training.

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

What I like the most is the simplicity of how it is possible to do things in the tool.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The limited options of creating videos by AI or making an audio with two voices. Like if it were a podcast.

The need to create quick courses.

 ### 35. Responsive and Interactive, but navigability issues for visually impaired individuals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

It is responsive; Has various interactivities; Easy content creation.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I had difficulties with accessibility for visually impaired individuals in a large company that has a significant number of employees. Even following the Articulate guidelines on which interactive objects are accessible, the employees had a lot of difficulty navigating through screen readers.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The new AI solutions do not influence my accessibility issue with navigation for visually impaired individuals using screen readers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Using CODE BLOCKS is amazing! It feels like we can literally do anything with it.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Storyline is honestly the worst tool I’ve used. I’m sorry, but I’ve tried working with it for a year and it’s just slow. The localization tools in it are terrifying too, so I end up coding in Rise what I would have done in Storyline.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With interactive e-learnings, instead of just scrolling down a page, I can have the user actively interacting with the content.

 ### 39. More interactive learning experience

 ### 40. Articulate 360 Final Review by PG

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pankaj G. | VP-IT, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate 360 is highly regarded for its comprehensive suite, bringing together the rapid, responsive course development of Rise 360 with the rest of its tools in a single package.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The annual subscription cost is high, the app has frequent bugs and crashes, and there’s still no native Mac support.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 solves the high cost, slow development, and technical complexity of creating interactive, multi-device eLearning. It provides an all-in-one suite (Rise 360/Storyline 360) that speeds up production, facilitates collaborative reviews, and uses AI for rapid content generation, allowing creators to produce polished, responsive, and engaging training faster and with less technical skill.

 ### 41. Effortless Training Manual Creation with Articulate 360

I appreciate how it helps in creating a learning kit by the professionals without needing to depend on external agents. I find it useful and putting the requirement and topics will create a great learning toolkit in no time. The initial setup was quite easier than other products.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I wish there were more agents for software technology and quantum computing.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Articulate 360 helps create learning kits by professionals without needing external agents, and it quickly turns requirements into a great toolkit.

 ### 42. Rise: Robust, Easy to Use, and Expands Solutions for Clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar T. | Assistant Editor , Feature Length Documentary "Rivers of Men", Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The wide range of solutions that it enables to our clients, the easy of use and the evolutions of Rise as a robust tool.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

That Storyline is not available natively on macOS, or no iOS companion

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast turnaround between the storyboard and the deliverables. Our clients sees us as KPI enhancers

 ### 43. Clean and Simple Interface, but Module Access Could Be Easier for Low Skill Computer Users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francesca C. | E-Learning Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I believe, so far, what I like the best about Articulate 360 is how clean it is. I love the simplicity of it. It is straight to the point, but also incredibly engaging at the same time. I also love how easy it is to use. With how we make modules now, it can be time consuming, but with Articulate, it cuts the time down in half for how long it takes to make a module. Super awesome!

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I know this is not the case for everyone who uses Articulate 360, so this is more personal than it is general, but my coworker and I wish that there was an easier to open a module made from Articulate when uploaded to our LMS. A lot of our stores use Chromebooks, and many people using these Chromebooks don't have every day access to a computer, so their computer skills are low. I believe that Articulate opening in a new tab can often times be confusing for those who are not skilled. Other than that though, no complaints here!

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that Articulate has been solving for my company, thus far, is modernizing the way that our learners are learning. Our LMS is a bit outdated, and it is very nice to see a new LMS that is "with the times." Time management wasn't necessarily an issue, but it has been very nice with how much faster it is to build a module/lesson.

 ### 44. Impressive!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** GolfPrincessCL L. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I've been using Articulate Storyline for about 15 years and am constantly impressed with their updates, training, and community. It's easy to search for solutions, find templates, and participate in the elearning challenges. They have a fantastic team of support techs and engineers. I've only had to use them twice over the years and both times they were determined to resolve the issue, regardless of the hours involved.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Nothing that I can think of. I used to refer to Articulate Storyline as PowerPoint on steroids but it has evolved way beyond that.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating interactive and engaging training is so much easier and more efficient with Articulate. The number of tools I have to make corporate training and videos more fun and increase knowledge retention is impressive, and it leads to measurable improvements and reductions in errors by the learners.

 ### 45. Articulate 360 Makes Complex Ideas Clear with Engaging, Professional Courses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

What I like most about Articulate 360 is how easy it makes it to turn complex ideas into clear and engaging learning experiences. As a landscape architect, I often need to explain design processes, site analysis, and sustainability concepts to clients or team members who may not have a technical background. Using tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, I can create interactive content with visuals, diagrams, and step-by-step explanations that help people better understand landscape design concepts. I also appreciate the ready-to-use templates and content library because they save time and help me create professional materials quickly while still focusing on the design story I want to communicate.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

One thing I find a bit challenging about Articulate 360 is that creating highly customized interactions can sometimes feel time-consuming, especially when I’m trying to adapt visual materials like site plans or landscape diagrams. While tools like Articulate Storyline 360 are powerful, there can be a learning curve when adjusting detailed interactions or layouts to match the way design information is typically presented in landscape architecture. It’s a great platform overall, but occasionally I wish the design flexibility was a bit more intuitive for visual-heavy projects.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 solves the challenge of turning complex information into interactive and easy-to-understand training materials. What benefits me most is its ease of use and wide range of features, especially through tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360. The interface is intuitive and similar to familiar tools like PowerPoint, which makes it easier to build courses quickly without needing advanced coding skills. At the same time, it offers powerful features such as interactive elements, quizzes, multimedia integration, and ready-made templates that speed up the development process. For me, this means I can focus more on clearly presenting design concepts and visual content while still creating engaging and professional learning experiences.

 ### 46. Articulate 360: Agility and Ease in Corporate Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricardo F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I really like the agility, ease, and performance of Articulate 360. It is an agile and easy-to-use tool. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of installation on machines and the content playback, which is directly in the browser. The agility in installation and the features offered make a big difference. I am so satisfied that this is the second company where I have installed Articulate 360.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The video creation part that is already being developed and available in the LAB

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help to scale corporate training quickly and effectively, with agility, ease, and good performance.

 ### 47. A Powerful All-in-One Tool for Modern E-Learning Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bikash Kumar P. | Content Designer LEAN+AI, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Storyline gives you deep control (triggers, variables, branching)
Rise lets you create clean, responsive courses in hours instead of days

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Articulate Rise is fast, but:

Layout and design flexibility are restricted
Courses can start to look “template-driven” or similar
Less creative freedom compared to Storyline

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster turnaround for projects
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders or global requests simultaneously

 ### 48. Streamlines Processes, Slightly Pricey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish V. | Head IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like that Articulate 360 gives us suggestions and helps clear the process. It's more of a tool that suggests improvements, which is really useful for making modifications. The AI built into Articulate 360 is great for suggesting and cleaning up processes, making them smooth and free-flowing, which really helps.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I don't have any major issues with Articulate 360, but probably, the cost could be a factor. That would be something to consider. Otherwise, everything is fine and clear.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 solves internal process issues by suggesting modifications. Its AI streamlines workflows, making processes smoother and more efficient.

 ### 49. Articulate 360 and the interactivity of learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katya H. | Diseñador Instruccional, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like that the learning courses are more interactive for the user, thus improving the learning experience.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I think that for the moment there is nothing I dislike about Articulate 360.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interactivity in courses

 ### 50. User-Friendly and Easy to Use, but Limited Customization and AI Costs Extra

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like Rise360 because it’s more user-friendly than most other products, and I find it easier to use overall.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I’m disappointed that Rise 360 doesn’t offer as many customization options as I’d like. I also don’t like that AI isn’t included in my plan unless I pay extra.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps improve user engagement and is easy to implement within the LMS, supporting different packages such as SCORM, etc.
