I like the ideas of Articulate 360 and how it can create training with any content I provide, in addition to making animations. I have difficult content to transform into courses, especially when the subject is complex and the audience has limited understanding, and the software helps me with that. I think the photos could be more realistic, although I believe this is not a peculiarity of Articulate 360's AI. Sometimes it changes things in the photo that I didn't ask to change; it should stick only to the changes I request. I love the UX. The layout of the 360 suite is very easy to navigate and use, which means I can create and review content quickly. No matter the project, 360 has a tool that fits the job. From microlearnings to longer courses, Articulate 360 can handle whatever workload we throw at it. We use the Rise tool a lot because it lets us build content fast with its easy-to-use, pre-built course blocks, helping me put everything together in good time. Some of the tools feel pretty restrictive and aren’t as customizable as I’d like. Storyline does offer a lot of flexibility and the ability to create what you need, but the overall system feels very dated and not nearly as easy to use as the rest of the 360 suite. Because of that, for the time invested in building Storyline content, it doesn’t really warrant the result, so we tend to stick with Rise for the bulk of our workload. Brilliant range of tools that are regularly updated. New Dashboard helps organise content more easily. Frontline and Nova are new innovative solutions for example. Being able to collaborate in Teams. Storyline is a really powerful tool - way more than just 'PowerPoint on steroids'...you can build anything, including powerful tools. Rise is modern, responsive and fully accessible, with output seamlessly to any device and web and Scorm output. AI integration is increasingly successful and powerful. Translation skinning is easy and accurate. New custom blocks help with creativity and Code blocks allow for truly powerful HTML with Javascript iterations. The AI tutor is a great innovation. For us as a company Frontline is less helpful as the content sits on Articulate servers and as a company our clients want the material on our own servers and LMS...it's a GDPR and other security compliant issues. I like Articulate 360 because it serves as a modern substitute for PowerPoints, increasing engagement and interactivity during our presentations. The integration of AI into Articulate has been gradual, which allows us to learn and make the most of it. The ease of setup was a breeze, and we even set up a certification around it, which made transferring knowledge across our team smoother. I think it would be great if the generation of photos was done better. I would also like to be able to generate videos. Having audio transcripts is helpful, but what would really enhance the experience is if we could generate complete conversations, not just a one-liner or one person talking at a time. I like the ease of creating interactions with Articulate 360. It helps me deliver interactive training that adds value to our business in a short period of time. I think the AI aspect still needs to be better developed to generate more content like Copilot, Claude, or GPT. Even using more detailed prompts, the responses are still very generic and lengthy. As someone who is still learning the platform, one thing I've really appreciated is how intuitive Articulate is. Even without extensive experience, I was able to start building and understanding courses fairly quickly. The templates, built-in interactions, and review features make the development process much more efficient, while still allowing flexibility to create engaging learning experiences. So far, my biggest frustration has been locating specific courses and files within large content libraries. Sometimes it feels like finding the right course can take more effort than making the actual update. Aside from that, I've found Articulate to be fairly user-friendly, but managing multiple versions and language variations can become challenging as projects grow. I really like the updates from Articulate 360 and how much they listen to users, which translates into frequent changes and improvements. Recently, I loved the update of the interconnected packages that saves a lot of time, as I don't have to keep downloading and uploading SCORMs to the LMS all the time. The CodeBlock has also been an interesting addition, allowing for more dynamic interactions and artificial intelligence tools. I really like the "Drag and Drop" feature, where I can create drag-and-drop content. Additionally, the new digital intelligence feature is useful, allowing me to attach a mascot and bring it to life, like speaking and making comment introductions, which makes interactions more lively. I think Articulate 360 could be richer in terms of interactive visual resources. We have good ways to work with texts and images, but it would be great to have more options among shapes and formats, especially for beginners and frontline workers. Additionally, the initial setup process was a bit complicated for me, it was "perplexing" at first, but once everything was parameterized, the software started to better understand the formats. This applies to Rise only. If you work globally, for example, if you have a team or organisation in Europe and another in the US, and your subscriptions are tied to different datacentres, you can’t share courses between accounts. I really like the attractiveness of the courses in Articulate 360; they are visually beautiful and appealing. The course creation is quite simple and intuitive, allowing even those without experience in creation to produce easily. I also appreciate the variety of tools available for e-learning. The inclusion of AI in activities could be improved to work on soft skills and andragogy. An example I miss is, when there is a question and I mark the wrong answer, having the function to ask "why did I think option X was correct?" and then correct based on my knowledge.
