## Articulate 360 Reviews
 ### 1. Total autonomy to create training with the company's identity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeiciane S. | Atendente de Teleserviços, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I have the autonomy to create courses and training in any way I want, including colors, images, videos, among other resources. The people who self-train with the courses I create on the platform are delighted because everything can truly reflect the company's identity.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Rise – It is not possible to change the font color of the title (Impact: Company identity). It is also not possible to include audio on the first page (Impact: Visually impaired). Furthermore, it is not possible to include audio in the alternatives (Impact: Visually impaired - Although I have found a workaround which is to include it in the same audio as the questions).

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everyone! In the company, there was no platform for content creation, much less one using AI. The main benefit is the reduction of costs, as we don't need to keep hiring a company every time we need training or a content update.

 ### 2. Stable, reliable with a clean UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashirwad K. | Learning And Development Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The most helpful thing about using Articulate is the stability of the platform and a decent variety of interactive blocks available in the platforms. I've used couple of other authoring tools and by far Articulate has been reliable for me. The like the clean user interface as well of the platform. We couldn't integrations with our systems like workday. Though the pricing of the platform is itself competitive, the AI and the translations addon felt expensive. The support from the team has been fairly positive since we did make a couple of requests in past.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I think some of the AI features could have been better to make the whole process smoother.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

THhs is big one, we are using articulate for our compliance trainings, onboarding trainings and now we are even exploring some of the technical functional specific learning modules on Articulate rise.

 ### 3. Efficient Tool But With Price and Connectivity Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana Carolina O. | Atendende, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like the fact that Articulate 360 always brings new features and is constantly updated, which is important to make our lives easier. It is simple to use and quite reminiscent of a Microsoft tool; therefore, we are already accustomed to knowing where things are, like scenes and slides, and this really helps in daily life. The animations and other features are also very easy to use. For me, these characteristics are fundamental.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Articulate 360 is only available in English, which makes it quite difficult, as not everyone understands words in English. Furthermore, the fact that it is online is a problem, because if I have any internet issues, I can't use the program, which is terrible. In the past, we could install the program and use it offline, but that is no longer possible. There's also the performance issue, as it crashes, the screen goes dark, and it uses a lot of GPU, forcing me to close and reopen the program, which is tiring. The price in dollars is also a big problem, because for those who are not from the United States, it doesn't make sense to pay such a high amount, we need the price to be regionalized.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Articulate 360 to build courses and create experiences for my students using animations without needing other programs. This makes it easier, as the file remains integrated. I also use artificial intelligence to create automatic subtitles in videos, which helps a lot.

 ### 4. Powerful Tool for E-Learning Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara H. | Designer, Food & Beverages, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

What I like most about Articulate 360 is the flexibility to create interactive training experiences quickly and professionally. Storyline allows me to develop highly customized experiences with advanced logic, gamification, and complex interactions without relying on heavy programming. This greatly improves my workflow and significantly reduces development time.

I also like how easy it is to use the built-in library resources and AI features. I frequently use the AI voice generation for narrations, as well as the ability to publish projects in different formats. Another strong point is the active community, which provides valuable references and solutions, along with the large amount of available resources that are very helpful in everyday work.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Although Articulate 360 is a very complete tool, some features still have limitations. In more complex Storyline projects, especially those with many variables, triggers, and media assets, performance can become heavier and affect the editing experience.

I also feel that Storyline could offer more native advanced responsiveness features, especially for projects that need to work perfectly on mobile devices. In some cases, it is still necessary to create many manual adjustments for different screen sizes.

Another point is that some AI features and newer tools could continue improving in terms of quality and customization. Even so, the platform remains one of the best solutions for e-learning development.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 mainly helps solve the need to develop more interactive, scalable, and professional training content in less time. Before using it, many learning materials relied on more static formats or slower development processes. With Storyline, I can create much more dynamic experiences with gamification, simulations, and customized interactions.

The platform also greatly improves project standardization and delivery speed. Features such as templates, the integrated content library, and AI tools reduce production time, especially for narrations and initial content creation. This increases team productivity and makes future training updates easier to manage.

In addition, the ability to publish in different formats and easily integrate with LMS platforms makes course distribution much more practical and efficient.

 ### 5. Effortlessly Create Engaging Courses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guilherme P. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I use Articulate 360 for creating corporate trainings and courses. I appreciate that it helps me standardize visual elements and offers SCORM-like automations. It's great for easily sharing trainings for review and provides all sorts of visual elements to create content by myself, without needing a graphical design or development team. I like the way Rise trainings look and feel, and how fast and easily I can build them. Storyline offers in-depth personalization tools that I find particularly useful. I feel like Storyline is only limited by my creativity and my ability to understand the tools at hand. With the new AI features, creating feels easier than ever. The initial setup of Articulate 360 was very easy, with no problems at all.
Articulate 360 integrates well with any LMS and provides an easy reviewing experience for Stakeholders, without the need of logging in or creating an account to proofread material before launch.
Performance-wise, I've never seen Rise going offline or giving me a hard time to work well and fastly enough.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I don't dislike anything. Maybe some generative AI tools could get a little more up to speed with the market, like the image generation and, sometimes, the text generation.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 helps me standardize visual elements, automate SCORM, and easily share trainings for review. It gives me various visual elements to create without needing a graphic design or development team.

 ### 6. Inclusive in UI, but exclusive in pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** João Pedro G. | Training Analyst I, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

It's interface is user-friendly, clean for the eyes and intuitive. It works really well even in low performance computers, the community support is great, while staff response is fast, but problem solving could be better.

It's AI integration is really effective and easy to use. On integrations, It works well with code.

It's pricing is ok for a company point of view, but still not really accessible for independent workers.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The main problem is the price. Still not accessible for small companies and individual users.

Adobe is an example of high-end software with accessible prices for individuals. It already happens, so it is possible.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate is successfully making it accessible for not really experienced users build good interfaces and products through a friendly interface, intelligent method (through blocks) and AI power.. That helps me develop the posture of capability architect.

 ### 7. Intuitive and Dynamic, But Could Improve in Visual Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aline P. | Analista de Ensino Sênior , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like the options available in Articulate 360 and how quickly a course can be created, along with the dynamism it provides. When I use other platforms, I don't find such a large menu of options as in Articulate 360, which gives me many ideas. Additionally, it is very customizable, which is a strong point for me. The initial setup is very intuitive, and this greatly facilitates its use.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The visual identity input, I believe it would be better if we could upload the visual identity or several color palettes, for example, and just configure this in the new courses to be created. Without having to enter the hexadecimal, the color configuration every time, this would already be standard on the platform, like in Rise for example.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 makes course creation much faster, interactive, and dynamic.

 ### 8. Articulate 360 Streamlines Team Alignment with Shared Libraries and Review Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco M. | Senior Project & Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

From a coordination standpoint, as a senior Instructional Designer who leads and coordinates teams of designers, I really value how the shared content library, templates, and review tools strengthen alignment, support quality control, and streamline feedback cycles. Articulate 360 helps teams spend more time on instructional decisions and the learner experience, instead of getting slowed down by technical hurdles.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

One area where Articulate 360 could improve is the localization workflow, particularly when managing multilingual projects at scale. The XLIFF-based export and import process works, but it can still feel cumbersome and isn’t always seamless when you’re coordinating multiple languages and working with external translators.

The introduction of AI-supported translation is a positive step, especially for early drafts or more general content. However, for highly technical or domain-specific learning materials, the output is still limited and often requires substantial manual review and refinement by experienced designers. In complex corporate or compliance contexts, that extra effort reduces the overall efficiency gains.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 addresses key challenges around production speed and coordination in complex learning projects. It enables teams to build, revise, and maintain courses quickly without compromising instructional quality, which is especially important when managing large volumes of content under tight timelines.

On the coordination side, the platform supports strong collaboration among a broad range of stakeholders, including Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts. Shared review workflows and well-defined feedback cycles cut down on back-and-forth, reduce misunderstandings, and help decisions move forward faster. Overall, this leads to a more efficient development process and better alignment between instructional intent and business or subject-matter expectations.

 ### 9. Agility and Efficiency with Constant Innovations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filiberto P. | Diseñador instruccional, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like using Articulate 360 because it helps me design courses in an agile way, and it offers me AI tools that allow for the quick generation of interactive blocks and course structures. I also appreciate the constant innovations that keep me at the forefront of information technology. Additionally, the ease of initial setup is something I value greatly.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The integration of Articulate with PowerPoint is a bit complex, especially for the programming of the player and the buttons. It would be helpful to add an option that prevents the loss of properties of the base file during import. Additionally, the PowerPoint submenu could have more tools for managing timings and buttons or triggers.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 provides me with agility, efficient design, and savings in course creation, generating interactive blocks and images quickly, while innovations keep me at the technological forefront.

 ### 10. Versatility and Customization Drive Articulate 360

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vitor G. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like the versatility of Articulate 360. I think it offers different programs that meet everything I need in my daily routine, such as course creation and SCORM management, in addition to being useful for landing pages in Rise. Today I see that it is an extremely easy and efficient program to use. I would recommend it 10 times for being much more customizable than other programs and also easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Some functions are limited. Articulate Rise is quite limited in functions and customization. Articulate Storyline lacks some basic functions that even PowerPoint has.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 helps me create courses for my clients and landing pages, being very useful in my work.

 ### 11. Flexibility and Interactivity to the Maximum

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raul B. | Consultor / Líder de Proyectos, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like the flexibility and interactivity that Articulate 360 can offer the end user. I also enjoy how easy and intuitive the initial setup process is. Additionally, I value the Storyline tool for its flexibility, which can be as interactive as you need. Another advantage is that it facilitates design and reduces development time. Overall, I consider that Articulate 360, the AI module, helps in designing images, icons, and symbols, aspects that used to be problematic and time-consuming for me.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Complex variables that require programming and a lot of experience

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Articulate 360 to reduce development time, improve ease with design, and offer flexibility and interactivity to the end user. AI solves design problems with images, icons, and symbols that used to be time-consuming.

 ### 12. User-Friendly, Interactive Course Creation with a Huge Content Library

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syed S. | Senior Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

1. User-friendly interface
Tools like Articulate Storyline feel similar to PowerPoint, which makes it easy to get started quickly without a steep learning curve.

2. Strong interactivity & triggers
You can create complex interactions using triggers, variables, and states - great for simulations, branching scenarios, and gamified learning.

3. Content library (huge time-saver)
The built-in Content Library gives access to templates, characters, icons, and stock images - reducing design effort significantly.

4. Responsive design with Rise
Articulate Rise lets you create mobile-friendly courses automatically, which is perfect for quick deployment.

5. Smooth LMS compatibility
Easy publishing to SCORM, xAPI, etc., ensures courses work well with most LMS platforms.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

1. Performance issues & bugs
One of the biggest complaints is stability.
Random glitches or crashes, especially in Articulate Storyline
Need to restart frequently
Large projects (300+ slides or heavy media) can lag or break
Even users say things like “it glitches and you have to restart it often”

2. Not Mac-friendly
Storyline is still Windows-only, which is a big limitation.
Mac users must rely on Parallels/VMs
This adds setup complexity and can reduce performance

3. Limited true responsiveness
While Articulate Rise is responsive, Storyline isn’t fully:
It scales content instead of adapting layouts
Mobile experience can feel cramped or awkward

4. Collaboration is not seamless
Compared to modern cloud tools:
No real-time co-authoring
Version control can get messy in team projects

5. Heavy files & slow performance
Media-heavy courses become large and slow
Publishing can take time
Complex interactions can reduce responsiveness

6. Learning curve (especially advanced features)
Even though it’s “easy to start,” mastering:
Triggers
Variables
Advanced logic
can take significant time

7. Limited customization (especially in Rise)
Templates can feel restrictive
Courses may start to look similar
Less design flexibility compared to fully custom builds

8. Pricing
Subscription-based model
Can be expensive for individuals or small teams

9. LMS compatibility quirks
Even though it supports SCORM/xAPI:
Courses don’t always behave consistently across LMS platforms
Tracking or resume issues can occur

10. Maintenance can be time-consuming
Updates require editing slides manually
Not ideal for frequently changing content

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Key Challenges with Articulate Storyline

1. Performance Limitations
Heavy use of GIFs and videos can cause lag or glitches. This was addressed by optimizing and compressing media to maintain smooth playback.

2. Mac Compatibility
Limited native support for Mac requires workarounds like virtual machines, which impacts workflow efficiency.

3. Timeline & Animation Control
Copy-pasting across slides does not retain animation timing, especially for complex interactions, leading to manual rework.

4. Slider & Interaction Constraints
Limited control over slider stop points makes precise interaction design more time-consuming.

5. Closed Captioning Limitations
While AI-generated captions help, there is limited control over:
Line length
Formatting
Positioning
More flexibility (like setting word limits per line and custom placement) would improve readability and speed.

6. Collaboration Gaps
Lack of real-time collaboration makes it difficult for teams to co-create and review simultaneously.

7. System Stability
Occasional unclear errors and bugs require frequent saving and reopening of files.

8. Design Tool Integration
No direct integration with tools like Figma or Adobe XD, leading to manual asset export/import and increased development time.

9. Word Publish Output Formatting Issue
When publishing to Word:
Output is not structured clearly at the slide/scene level
Multiple elements (text/images) appear combined in a single view
This results in:
Cluttered and hard-to-read documents
Reduced usability
Difficulty in reviewing or sharing content

Articulate 360 solves the challenge of creating engaging, interactive e-learning quickly and without heavy technical dependency, helping me deliver high-quality courses faster, collaborate more efficiently, and reduce reliance on external resources.

 ### 13. Powerful, Easy eLearning Creation with Storyline and Rise; Time-Saving Localization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubhendu D. | Senior Learning Design Specialist and Team Lead – Global Learning Solutions, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Storyline is a simple yet powerful eLearning authoring tool, especially with features like JavaScript, Triggers, Layers, and States. Rise is also amazing for its intuitive navigation, and it’s so easy to use that almost anyone can create beautiful eLearning content. The Code block in Rise makes it even more powerful. The AI Assistant and AI audio are great, and the new Localization feature is incredibly helpful. It not only saves cost and time, but also improves the workflow—things like in-country review and integration help reduce the chance of errors. The multi-language SCORM package is great as well.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Some well-known features that learners have been requesting still aren’t incorporated. That said, Articulate keeps releasing plenty of new updates, which is great, and I hope some of the most in-demand features are considered as well. For example, Rise files can’t be shared from the US server to the EU server.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 meets my need for rapid, high-quality e-learning development without requiring heavy technical support. It boosts productivity while keeping content consistent and making collaboration smoother, which helps me deliver engaging, scalable learning solutions more efficiently.

 ### 14. Clean, Easy-to-Navigate Platform with High Quality Class Design Builder

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I enjoy that the interface is clean and well designed. Its easy to create classes but also for our employees to take the classes as well. I like the well integrated designed building blocks that make design easy and keep things clean without the worry of messing up a section. Pricing is fair for a medium sized company. The support team has been helpful when needed.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Sometimes it can be a bit confusing moving between the different services Articulate offers. I'm sometimes unsure about which area of articulate I should be editing in, Rise, Reach etc. Although the pricing is fair I sometimes get confused about what each pricing tier really offers and if I chose the best one.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a software that we could load our employee onboarding and training materials into. Before we were using powerpoint which was clunky and hard to update when information changed. Now we can make one class everyone can look at and if changes need to be made it will be changed for everyone.

 ### 15. Articulate Makes Training Engaging with Friendly UI, Animations, and Great AI Accessibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Somdatta D. | Instructional Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate transforms boring training into something interesting. From voice, videos and animations, it has a lot to offer. I am usually most excited about creating splash animations with motion path. The user interface is very friendly and accessible making development a cakewalk to learn. It is usually very LMS friendly and great at achieving performance. The AI feature is great especially the closed captions and accessibility checkers.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I think it had a lot of difficult triggers and variables, making new users a little panic stricken to use. Not sure of the pricing since it is my organisation paid.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someone who is into consulting and enhancing learner experience, it helps me create courses that are universal and applicable all across the globe. Training now involves more of actual thinking into the problem-solving element and less of worrying about how it can be created.

 ### 16. The ideal tool for simulations and creation of interactive courses.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edson R. | Designer instrucional, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I use it a lot in program environment simulations. The various possibilities for setting up a simulation help a lot in the creation process and make development more fluid. An unexpected benefit was discovering that Rise also acts as a simulator; before, I only used Storyline.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Although it works smoothly most of the time, I think Storyline still falls short in performance and ends up relying heavily on the equipment.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The engagement of the trainees was my biggest challenge. With the possibilities of interactive tools, I have a much more positive response in this scenario. The extensive image bank also helps a lot and I can still integrate with third-party software, such as importing animated gifs for better interaction of the characters.

 ### 17. Rise 360 is dynamic, didactic, and easy to learn.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danilo M. | Designer instrucional, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I use Rise 360 a lot, and what I like most is that it's a very dynamic and didactic tool. It's easy to learn and anyone can use it.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

There are two things that could be improved:
- There could be a version in my language, PT-BR. Not just the translation feature, but the tool itself, all the functions and everything within the system could be in my language.

- Having the possibility to create videos with AI within the tool, using VEO, for example. If this is included within the tool, just like there are other features, it would greatly help productivity.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that Articulate 360 is generally so easy to use enhances my productivity. I can create interactive training quickly and with quality.

 ### 18. Articulate 360: Easy to Use, Powerful Tools for Rapid Interactive Course Creation

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I use this application almost every day. I appreciate the ability to build my content in Storyline or Rise and then export to Review to share with my team. They are able to add feedback and it marks the slide/screen so I don't have to look for it. The AI functionality is outstanding. I am not spending hours recording and editing audio anymore because of the text to speech options. There are several interactions available and a large catalog of assets. I also love the articulate community, the support and challenges are so useful to get the creative juices flowing.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I don't dislike anything, but I would love it if there was a music/sound library included. The AI can generate some, but it is not as refined as we may wish it to be.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely saving a lot of time with the AI options. I have about 300 courses I've created in Articulate and the recording/editing voice was the most daunting piece. The AI voiceover will pull from my slide notes and I can refine it to be as natural or formal as I wish it to be. It auto generates closed captioning which is also a huge time saver. The AI accessibility tools are also incredible - I am prompted as I publish to review any flags and can easily resolve the issues right before pushing the final product.

 ### 20. Intuitive Course Creation, Needs Improved AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Surabhi N. | Curriculum Manager, Computer Networking, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I love how Articulate 360 is an easy-to-use authoring tool that helps me create SCORM-compliant web-based courses quickly. The ease of use is a standout feature; it's quite intuitive and allows me to design courses much faster than other authoring tools. I appreciate its built-in templates, which come in handy when creating courses. The initial setup was straightforward and intuitive, which I could handle on my own without any assistance. Switching from Camtasia to Articulate 360 saved me time on course creation and provided more interactivity options. I also enjoy using the Articulate Rise's audio import feature.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I feel the AI feature in Articulate Rise hallucinates or picks information from Google, which makes me trust less on the generated output. Also, it would be great if the Articulate team could add a feature to make minor audio edits in the Rise interface itself, like trimming, cropping, or inserting silence.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 is easy to use, helps create SCORM-compliant courses quickly, and provides intuitive design and built-in templates. We switched to it because Camtasia was time-consuming and lacked interactivity options.

 ### 21. Intuitive and fun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vartika J. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Because it resembles PPT, it feels intuitive and easy to use. The newer AI-powered features also reduce my reliance on other tools for voice-over generation and character creation. On top of that, I like how versatile it is: using JavaScript lets me make the module more interactive and automate certain features.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Since Articulate isn’t available on MacBooks, it makes it difficult for Apple users to work with it. Yes, Rise is available, but sometimes a client specifically wants Articulate Storyline files.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 is helping me creating engaging, scalable eLearning modules without needing technical or coding expertise. Making interactive courses quickly using templates, assets, and built-in tools is many a time effortless and fun.
For me, it means faster development, better learner engagement, and smoother client feedback and delivery.

 ### 22. Articulate 360 is a unique tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo A. | Chief Knowledge Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate 360 is a powerful tool to make learning content more engaging and less tiring for trainees. For our Instructional Designer teams, it also offers many audiovisual resources, as well as a user-friendly interface.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Occasionally, the system shows some instability, especially in the Review publications. Another point that could be improved is for Reach360 to actually evolve into an LMS, allowing the creation of learning paths and more efficient user control. It would also be important to consider its use not only by employees but also by external clients.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The availability of AI resources, combined with the image bank and avatars, has elevated the experience to another level.

 ### 23. AI resources in Rise and Storyline drive more creative content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Lately, I have really liked that they are investing a lot in AI resources, both by bringing the migration of other tools into the platform and by creating new native tools that will make the training visually more attractive (especially since we can change the colors, sizes of shapes, etc.) and dynamic. I have already used them in some courses in recent months, such as the code block (to create an interactive game), custom block (diagrams, mixed media), AI image generation. This is both in Rise and in Storyline, which gives us an opportunity to create more creative content.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The people where I work still have some difficulty configuring the Scenario block to create dialogues between the viewer and the character. Perhaps this configuration could be more intuitive, bringing another layout to make it easier to understand. I think a large part of the difficulty also comes from the fact that the platform's interface is not available in Portuguese (there are several other languages but not Portuguese), which makes it difficult for those who don't know a bit of English yet. Perhaps if they manage to make the platform's interface available in Portuguese, it will already solve 90% of the problem.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolve, for example, an improvement of a text, adaptation of the language for a specific audience, or even its spelling correction with text AI. The same applies to image AI that generates the image and now can alter already generated images, reducing (or decreasing the times you need) to resort to another tool to modify them. These two options save a lot of time and help deliver more personalized material to the requester.

 ### 24. Easy-to-Use Articulate 360 That Elevates Training Beyond PowerPoint

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew S. | Learning Performance Consultant Senior, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I believe the best part of Articulate 360 is the easy of use. Once I became familiar with the tools, it became clear I needed to use it for building my training items.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The learning curve initially can be challenging. I think if one were to spend a little time learning the tool, they'll soon realize it is a significant improvement on "death by power point."

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing me to spend less time talking in the classroom and that has given me time back to work on other projects. It's almost like having half an extra employee.

 ### 25. Impressive Integration and Accessibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | Corporate System Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I have really liked the advancement in the gesticulation of avatars, as it allows for lip reading and better understanding of the message, which is beneficial for people with hearing impairments. I also appreciate the modular integration and the ease of initial content creation, as you can start from an initial text and add content using options like Quiz, references, and free image generation. I value that there weren't many issues when setting up the individual license and the novelty of being able to add and share seats.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The rules and policies regarding content are confusing to me, especially when it comes to differentiating educational content from commercial content. I have to study more about the 2.1 AA criteria to truly understand these aspects.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the modular integration and the ease of creating content with Articulate 360. I can start from an initial text and add content like quizzes and references. It helps make the content accessible by exporting it as SCORM for LMS platforms.

 ### 26. Versatility and Ease with Articulate 360

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I really like the great versatility that Articulate 360 has. That is, it is accessible both for those who are very basic in their knowledge of Articulate, allowing them to create content easily, and for those who have a more advanced level of knowledge. In those cases, with Storyline they can create much more sophisticated content. It was also quite easy to set up initially, largely because some team members already knew how to use it, and the learning curve for the first use is quite simple.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Something that doesn't work well with Articulate, I think, is an integration with other tools as they are starting to be used much more. It has a great integration with PowerPoint, but we could envision an integration with Canva, I think it would be interesting, because more and more is being produced from Canva and I think Articulate could have an integration there.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 helps us create interactive content that makes it easy for students to assimilate the material.

 ### 27. Articulate 360 Rise: Fast, Intuitive, Responsive eLearning with Smooth Review 360 Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vinay P. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

What I like most about Articulate 360, especially Rise, is how quickly I can develop clean, responsive eLearning courses without spending hours on formatting. As an Instructional Designer working on tight timelines, Rise helps me focus more on content strategy and learning experience rather than technical setup.

The interface is intuitive, the pre-built blocks are extremely helpful, and the automatic responsiveness across devices saves a lot of testing effort. I also appreciate how easy it is to collaborate and collect stakeholder feedback through Review 360. It makes the revision cycle much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

One limitation I’ve experienced in Rise is the restricted customization flexibility compared to Storyline. Sometimes I want more control over layouts, advanced interactions, or deeper branding customization, and the design constraints can feel limiting.

Also, for highly complex scenarios or advanced branching logic, Rise may not always be the ideal solution. However, for rapid development, it still performs very well.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360, particularly Rise, solves the challenge of rapid course development while maintaining professional design quality. Before using it, creating responsive courses required more technical effort and coordination with developers.

Now, I can independently build structured, modern courses in less time. This has improved my productivity, shortened review cycles, and helped deliver projects faster to clients. It also reduces back-and-forth with stakeholders since the preview and review process is seamless.

 ### 28. Interactive Content Creation Simplified

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** S S. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like that we can cover a lot of content in a single screen by using layers and hotspots. We can also generate text to speech within the tool. I can import a PowerPoint in the Storyline and generate audio for the slides. For the text heavy slides, I can use layers or hotspots to reduce the content overload and make the course interactive. The initial setup of Articulate 360 was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I wish the text to speech voices sound more human. If Articulate could also give us ideas on what template can be used for our content, it would be great. Sometimes the tool lags, especially when the project becomes too heavy with a lot of layers and other heavy elements in it.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Articulate 360 to create engaging and interactive training content with layers and hotspots, reducing content overload. It allows importing PowerPoint, generating text-to-speech, and handling audio easily.

 ### 29. Engaging Interactive Blocks and Effortless Course Updates in Articulate Rise

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanka P. | Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

One of the strongest features of Articulate Rise is its interactive block elements, which make it easy to create engaging learning experiences without complex development. These built-in interactions allow designers to enhance learner participation quickly and effectively. Another key advantage is its ease of maintenance—updates can be made directly to specific sections, and changes can be republished instantly without rebuilding the entire course.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Issue:
Rise uses a fixed, template-based layout system with restricted control over spacing, positioning, and visual structure.

Impact:
This can make courses look similar and limits the ability to fully align designs with branding guidelines or unique instructional layouts. Designers may struggle to create visually distinctive or highly customized learning experiences.

Suggested Improvement:
Allow more granular layout controls (spacing, alignment, block positioning) and expanded theme customization so courses can better reflect brand identity and instructional intent.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Articulate 360, we struggled with fragmented tools for course development, which made the process time-consuming and inconsistent. Creating interactive content required multiple platforms, manual coordination, and frequent rework when updates were needed.

Now, with Articulate 360, we can design, develop, and publish courses within a single ecosystem using tools like Storyline and Rise. This has streamlined our workflow, reduced development time, and improved consistency across courses. For example, tasks that previously took days—such as building interactive modules or updating course content—can now be completed in hours.

The biggest benefit is efficiency and scalability. We can produce high-quality learning content faster, maintain courses easily, and respond quickly to changes without rebuilding entire modules. This has resulted in faster delivery timelines, reduced manual effort, and more engaging learning experiences for users.

 ### 30. Effortless Project Sharing with Strong Quality Control

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit B. | Senior Instructional Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The feature to share a project where multiple creators can contribute, and quality can be checked and controlled. The ability to add comments that are time-stamped improves the content development process.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The only downside is that the tools cannot be purchased individually. The entire suite has to be bought. Also, there is no native Mac app. On mobile devices, the shrinking effect makes the text tiny and buttons difficult to click. Though collaboration is good but the same file cannot be edited by two persons, at the same time, which sometimes causes version control issues.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of creating a storyboard initial draft separately in a Word file and then recreating the final version in authoring tools has been solved by using Articulate 360. Now the storyboard can be drafted in Articulate 360, which can be refined, validated, audited, and finalized in the Articulate 360 application itself.

 ### 31. Transform Trainings with Interactivity, Need More Freedom

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ingrid T. | Analista de DHO Pleno, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I use Articulate 360 for creating corporate training and more dynamic experiences within the LMS/LXP platform. What I like most about Articulate 360 is the creation of interactive courses, the building of quizzes and assessments. A major advantage is being able to transform content that is more static into more visual, intuitive, and engaging experiences. Additionally, it was easy to set up, and the support from the team, especially from Eduardo Costa, was tremendous at that time. I would give it a 10 on a recommendation scale.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Rise is more intuitive to use, but it has limitations. It offers less layout freedom, simpler interactions, limited advanced visual customization, and reduced control over animations.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Articulate 360 to create dynamic corporate training in LMS/LXP. It transforms static content into visual and engaging experiences with interactive courses and quizzes.

 ### 32. Powerful automation that saves time and makes it easier to create interactions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael D. | Auxiliar de design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Certainly, the possibilities it brings, removing the burden of programming by providing various automatic functions, save us time in this, leaving more time for creating interactions.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

At the same time that it is good at these automatic functions, it is sometimes very rigid and not very customizable in the things it already has.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the great search for training platforms, we found that Rise suited us very well, providing ease in everything we needed: design, programming, and delivery, as well as the ease of validating content remotely. In summary, it gave us time to think about other things.

 ### 33. Articulate 360: Hours saved, Impact made

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aakanksha S. | AM, L&D, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

When I started creating content, it would take me approximately 20days to complete a module, but with the new AI feature, it took me barely 5mins to create it and I added images, which were copyrighted, it created them from scratch. The interface was so easy to use for a millennial like myself who likes to make things simple.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I wouldn’t say that I dislike it but rather something that we could work on is adding the voice. I have been spending time adding the voice for each part one at a time. We may have people who are visually impaired and for them we definitely need the voice feature, so that is something I’d like something done on

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helping me manage my time better. As someone who works with different BUs, I can’t give all my time to just creating modules. So, now I am able to create content just by giving instructions and voila my work becomes easy. So, the time management definitely is a big plus for me

 ### 34. Intuitive UI, Seamless Integrations, and AI Features That Speed Up Course Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Nitin S. | Managing Trustee , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

For us at the SAS Foundation, Articulate 360’s biggest upside is its incredibly intuitive UI/UX, which allows us to create beautiful courses with minimal training. The suite's seamless integrations and reliable performance provide a smooth workflow. For an NGO, the Pricing delivers exceptional ROI by enabling us to scale our impact. Their support is fantastic, and the new AI features are a game-changer, drastically speeding up content development for our student internship programs.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

From a UI/UX perspective, the downside is the steep learning curve of Storyline 360 for new users. Also, the available customization options in Rise 360 are limited, which can make courses feel templated. While great for rapid development, this can restrict unique branding or complex instructional layouts.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 solves the challenge of creating professional e-learning with limited resources. Its intuitive UI/UX lets us build engaging courses without technical expertise. The all-in-one suite streamlines our workflow (Integrations), and the Performance is consistently reliable. For our NGO, the subscription offers incredible ROI, maximizing our educational reach. The excellent Support and new AI features further accelerate content development, allowing us to help more students effectively and efficiently.

 ### 35. User-Friendly Platform with Powerful Storytelling Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I love that Articulate 360 is very user-friendly, like an enhanced PowerPoint with steroids. It makes the work done and delivered faster and helps my team, even those at a basic level of instructional design, to analyze and create content with high impact. The ease of use interface makes it simple for anyone to build impactful training and deliver it with quality. I really like the Storyline features such as triggers, layers with branching, and the transitions like Morph. The ease of usage overall is a big plus. With RISE, the basic responsive designs, new localization features, and generative AI are really interesting. The AI-assisted course creation is simply amazing, allowing us to create a storyboard at a framework level. Their biggest strength, I believe, is the ease of use and maintaining quality.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Limited support for Mac (Parallels) and native Mac-based application is a bit negative. Publishing an offline file after it is completed for review or update, etc., in a Word or PDF document should get better. While generating CC within Articulate, there are limitations with formatting, line length, and positioning (like top or so).

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 helps reduce cost and time by enabling rapid content creation. Its user-friendly interface lets us deliver high-impact training without needing a full-time instructional designer, accelerating turnaround times and improving quality.

 ### 36. Rise Makes Content Creation Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe F. | Training Coordinator | Data Center Operations (Client: AWS), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

TheThe ease of creating content in Rise, and how simple it is to use the tool.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Some limitations in the new features offered by the tool, and the time it takes to address community feedback. For example, the limitations of the Localization feature. In several forums, users mention recurring issues (e.g., not being able to change the selected language), and for months there have still been no fixes.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The scalability of content production, and the learning curve for new team members, as the tool is easy to learn.

 ### 37. Smooth AI Integration, Needs Enhanced User-Friendliness

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashriaban P. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I use Articulate 360 for giving trainings and designing induction programs within the company. I find its features very helpful, and it's cool that AI can use them very conveniently. Articulate 360 gives an edge because it uses AI and the workloads are smooth. The projections and forecasting features provide a clear picture of what will be coming, and that's something I feel is better with Articulate 360.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I think it should be more user-friendly. People who are not very computer literate or friendly should be able to design user training. People from admin, HR departments, and even IT, who handle induction trainings, find it a bit clumsy. Finding the tools within it is a bit challenging.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Articulate 360 for user trainings, streamlining the process with AI, making it convenient for designing training and inductions.

Easy tool to learn, localization is the best way we found to translate large materials and also AI Tools are quite advanced comparing to others in the market;

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Storyline still looks like it's stuck on the 90's. The tool is amazing, but It's hard to teach new instructional designers how it works

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning and developing courses to my global company, it is making me develop new strategies faster and easier

 ### 40. Articulate 360 Makes Engaging Training Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Articulate 360 is easy to use, integrates will with our LMS and has great features to make learning engagement stick. They have great training to get yourself familiar with the product and the AI function makes it so easy to build training quickly. They also have great features in Labs to try out before they hit beta stage.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

There is a LOT to take in at first so it can be overwhelming, however, I find the layout helps you to be able to move through and try things easily.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is streamlining our ability to take internal knowledge and transfer it efficiently back to our employees without bottlenecking with a very small L&D team.

 ### 41. Intuitive & Responsive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tayná Z. | Analista de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento Pleno, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

It is intuitive and responsive, and the storyline allows you to customize the content.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I miss having more options to customize the layout in Rise. The current limitations end up restricting how I can organize and present the content.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a responsiveness issue between the content created on the computer and the display on the mobile phone. After we migrated to Articulate, we no longer had this type of difficulty. Additionally, we optimized time, now we can create courses faster.

 ### 42. Content creation in Rise is easy, dynamic, and highly customizable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guilherme S. | Analista de Desenvolvimento de Talentos Pl., Pharmaceuticals, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like the ease of content creation and the possibility of engagement, as it is very easy to customize and create dynamic content on Rise.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

It's not the focus, but if it had the feature to create animated videos, it would be the cherry on top. It would be unbeatable.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that rise solves is the management of technical content knowledge. And the engagement that the content created in the tool provides.

 ### 43. Quick, interactive, and very easy to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Horeb R. | Empleado en prácticas, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

The interactivity and ease of using the program is quick and interactive.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

I would like the images section to have more adjustment and customization options, with more choices for selecting the size or shape of the images, like a layer with a shape.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mostly helps me to have interactive courses with greater ease and agility, our clients like it, and we can divide large projects with Storyline and micro-course projects with Rise 360.

 ### 44. Quick Course Creation with Powerful AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

Articulate uses AI features to create engaging learning. The tools are easy to use and you can quickly generate professional educational courses. Articulate can help me create nice looking courses quickly.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Sometimes the AI features need a little tinkering to get what you want. You still can't delete items in the focus order in Rise to make the course totally ADA compliant, but you can do that in Storyline.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to create professional looking courses in a short amount of time. Courses and aspects of courses can be duplicated quickly to save time on creating other courses. You can add videos, photos, and it can create professional voice over from written text. I like the AI text to voice feature also.

 ### 45. Effortless E-Learning Creation with Intuitive Tools and Seamless Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tuli D. | Learning Experience Design & Development Sr. Analyst, Logistics and Supply Chain, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I completely love how Articulate 360 smooths out the entire process of e-learning creation. Rise is excellent to create clean and responsive courses fast and Storyline gives me complete control when I want something more personalized.

Templates, media library, and the review tool save a lot of time and make collaboration easy. I like its interface, it’s super intuitive for me to make courses, it lets me create courses and not have to get stuck on menus. I love the pace at which I can prototype ideas - Rise, in particular, helps me polish things up quickly. The frequent updates and new features make the tool seem like it’s evolving with my needs. The Review 360 feedback system is a life-saver when liaising with SMEs and stakeholders. It allows me to build easy-to-configure modules or fully interactive experiences depending on the project.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Some features still feel limited, especially in Rise when I want more customization. Storyline can get a bit heavy and slow at times, and publishing large courses takes longer than I’d like. It’s also a subscription that adds up, so I wish the pricing was a little more flexible.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 solves the problem of creating professional e-learning quickly without needing multiple tools. Rise helps me turn raw content into clean, responsive modules in very little time, while Storyline lets me build more interactive pieces when the project needs depth. The built-in templates, media assets, and Review 360 streamline collaboration, so I spend less time chasing feedback and more time actually designing. Overall, it saves me hours of manual work and makes the whole development process far more efficient.

 ### 46. Simplifies Learning Content Creation, But Lacks Mac Compatibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthik M. | Assistant Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like all the features in Articulate 360, especially the drag and drop elements and the ability to create interactive content. The software is very interactive and user-friendly, making complex content into simple and engaging learning experiences. I appreciate the ease of using templates and reusing slides and shared assets, which reduces manual effort and saves time. It's also really easy to set up as it's cloud-based, which makes it convenient to use.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

The main problem is that I'm using a Mac system, and Articulate 360 doesn't have Mac compatibility. That is my main drawback.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Articulate 360 to turn complex content into engaging learning. It's interactive, user-friendly, and reduces manual effort with templates, saving time with updates. It consolidates everything needed for content development.

 ### 47. Articulate 360: Powerful E-Learning Creation with Next-Level AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shiann A. | Associate Director, Talent Business Partner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like how Articulate 360 includes tools that let you build learning solutions ranging from very simple to highly complex. Once you understand how states and triggers work, the possibilities feel endless. Articulate 360 is my go-to eLearning authoring tool, and the AI is truly next level.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

There’s definitely a learning curve, which makes it more challenging to get comfortable using the software at first. I also don’t like that it only runs on Windows, since that limits where I can use it.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to create quick eLearning for my organization and to organize training into clear, self-paced modules that are easy to follow.

 ### 48. A Strategic Tool for High-Impact Learning Delivery

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

What I appreciate most about Articulate 360 is its end-to-end eLearning ecosystem. The integration between Storyline, Rise, Review 360, and Content Library significantly streamlines the design and development process.

Storyline provides the flexibility to create highly customized, interactive learning experiences, while Rise allows rapid development of clean, responsive courses. Review 360 simplifies stakeholder feedback cycles, reducing back-and-forth emails and improving version control.

Additionally, the Content Library assets and templates accelerate development without compromising quality. Overall, it balances creative freedom with efficiency, which is critical in fast-paced learning environments.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

While Articulate 360 is powerful, there are a few areas that could improve. Performance optimization in Storyline can sometimes become challenging with larger files, especially when incorporating heavy media or complex triggers.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Articulate 360 solves the core challenge of efficiently developing interactive, SCORM-compliant digital learning at scale. It reduces development time through templates, reusable blocks, and built-in assets, while still enabling rich interactivity where needed.

It also addresses the common issue of stakeholder alignment through Review 360, which centralizes feedback and improves transparency.

For me, the biggest benefit is the ability to move seamlessly from concept to published course within one ecosystem. This improves turnaround time, ensures consistency in quality, and allows me to focus more on instructional strategy rather than technical constraints.

 ### 49. Efficient and Easy Training Course with Articulate 360

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nelly Teresa C. | Diseñadora Instrucional, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

I like that Articulate 360 offers a more agile and easy design for creating training courses. The user experience and interface are learning-friendly. I also appreciate the agility and use of blocks, as well as the scenarios that are very easy to use. The initial setup is very easy and intuitive, which really facilitates the process.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

Just what I was saying, more activities, although I know they can be done in Story in Rise, scenario templates or gamification would be very useful.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Articulate 360, I design courses more quickly and easily. Additionally, it facilitates fast and effective training with a user-friendly learning interface.

 ### 50. Constant innovation and an incredible UI|UX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana L. | Gerente Académico, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Articulate 360?**

They are always in constant innovation, incorporating the best educational novelties into the platform. Additionally, it is a stable and user-friendly platform, with an incredible UX.

**What do you dislike about Articulate 360?**

For the moment, I would like Rise to also have the option for horizontal course design, but so far everything is excellent.

**What problems is Articulate 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly, it helps us with profitability issues: thanks to Articulate, we have considerable savings in costs, time, and personnel in course creation.
