**What do you like best about ARMOR®?**

I like that ARMOR® helps me not pop up as spam, which allows me to reach more clients interested in mortgage protection life insurance. The more clients I reach, the more sales I make, making it financially worthwhile as just one extra sale covers the service cost for a year. I also appreciate the updates every other day on the health of the numbers. Dina, the saleswoman who onboarded me, was very kind and well-spoken. She explained everything perfectly, making the experience a 10/10. The initial setup was also easy.

**What do you dislike about ARMOR®?**

I don't like how slow the redemption process for a new number is. My first report mentioned it was in redemption with Verizon, and a month later, it still hasn't resolved. It's frustrating because it's a waste of $25/month when I can't use it, and it's not getting fixed.

**What problems is ARMOR® solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ARMOR® helps me reach more clients without being flagged as spam, increasing sales. One sale covers the service cost for a year, making it worthwhile. I also appreciate the updates on number health.

**What do you like best about ARMOR®?**

I think ARMOR® has a great team with excellent communication. You can tell their intent is genuine, and they genuinely want to help me and my small team find a path to win. I enjoy their spam removal feature, especially how it works behind the scenes and provides insights into spam flag statuses. I also really enjoy the recent email report feature that updates me on my application's spam status and what they've been up to over the last week. This communication keeps me in the loop, and I find it valuable.

**What do you dislike about ARMOR®?**

Some of their UI features are early, and I'm interested in a little bit more API integration.

**What problems is ARMOR® solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ARMOR® to mitigate spam flags on my CRM's dialer, helping me follow best practices. It solves the issue of numbers being incorrectly marked as spam and quickly removes existing spam flags.
