What do you like best about Arkchat?

I use Arkchat for my work and find it quite useful. It is very easy to use and has some great features that help me in my daily life. Besides sending messages, it has the ability to assign tasks and request permissions, which helps me assign tasks to my team of 80 employees in different locations and collaborate with a single message. What do you dislike about Arkchat?

AI tools and group collaboration should be free or at a low cost. Additionally, Arkchat should offer some unique features such as fully functional AI capabilities, predicting future tasks, and recommending templates and solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arkchat?

I use Arkchat to manage customer chats and respond to messages. It helps me reply fast and stay organized instead of juggling multiple chat platforms. I love the fact that it is easy to use and doesn't feel overwhelming. I can jump in and start replying without stress. The initial setup was very straightforward and easy. What do you dislike about Arkchat?

Some features are limited and more customization options could have made it better. Some customization that would really help includes being able to adjust the chat layout, set a custom workflow for different types of conversations, and personalize automated replies. I really appreciate Arkchat's focus on secure and compliant messaging, which includes message control and centralized oversight. It's ideal for sensitive business conversations and helps reduce risk compared to consumer messaging apps.
