We have everything in one place. Their app is really simple for me to use. Their support team was very friendly and knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about Arize?** My community has a lot of students and it would be real nice if I could monitor who is coming and going from each unit. The system doesn't allow that right now unless its vacant unit for privacy protection reasons which I can understand. **Recommendations to others considering Arize:** This is the best all in one system all there. Go for it! they have an amazing service team so you get a hang of everything quickly. **What problems is Arize solving and how is that benefiting you?** For one my headache feels like it got taken over by these products for me. I don't have to stress about possible water leaks with their automatic detectors. Its also helping with our occupancy rates. ### 2. We went through a very long and critical selection process when choosing a system to help automate our property. Arize was exactly what we were looking for. Also, never getting calls for residents lockouts has been a serious perk that we didn't value until we had it. ### 3. Keeping the property safe from things like robberies and water danger are all very important also but now we can take those of our minds with their property automation system We are also now able to offer constant self-guided tours of our vacant units while we're working on other stuff. Things are running so smoothly. **What do you dislike about Arize?** It took our team some time to acclimate to using everything but we ended up getting assigned a client success manager that helped train and keep in touch with our staff and residents. **Recommendations to others considering Arize:** Make sure the purchaser puts everyone in contact with their support and training team earlier on so you can take full advantage of the system right from the very start. Its helped us a lot. **What problems is Arize solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I already mentioned we've really taken advantages of all the automated features to free up more time for ourselves.
