There should be ticket open every time when customer raise some issue to keep the record

Aritic Desk is the platform that makes communication with customers effective. There is a custom way of handling all complaints, and no discouraging part experienced. The social media customer help gives us an imperative option, that makes businesses thrive effortlessly.

They need to focus on the UI but overall, good.

**What do you like best about Aritic Desk?**

One of the things that we like best about Aritic Desk is that we are able to get a good variety of options for inbound and outbound contacts, and can make our own tickets about them to be completed. It helps to make managing customer requests much easier.

**What do you dislike about Aritic Desk?**

l wish there was a bit more integration with our own website software that we already have been using. It is nice but can be a little annoying how we have to switch back and forth between the two websites. It can be redundant too when we just have to make another ticket.

**Recommendations to others considering Aritic Desk:**

It's worth at least trying the free trial.

It is helping to solve the problem of quickly finding and addressing the needs and concerns from our customers, through email, phone, and text. We have noticed that having the benefit of it covering these different channels that it helps us to focus on getting these assigned out to workers.

It has a free trial unlike few of its competitors. It comes with full fleged training program that includes documentation, webinars and training videosIt has all the features in place, bridging the gaps created mostly by tools like Marketo or Hubspot with complete ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Aritic Desk?**

It's doesn't support 24/7 live support which must be included in future versions

**What problems is Aritic Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main purpose of this product is to automate the marketing activities and with that increase the business in a systemic manner.with the featues like Like lead scoring, on-site widget, form action definition, Social drip it's awesome tool
