It plugs into everything we use (Google Calendar, Zoom, HubSpot, etc.) and I haven't found a connector it couldn't handle. The speed is actually ridiculous. When I ping Ari, she responds nearly instantaneously. As a founder, it's really difficult for me to keep up with everything that is going on. Ari sends me messages every day with things that weren't even on my radar...that should be on my radar. It's shockingly intelligent. The Ari team is extremely responsive and is one of the highest velocity product development teams that we've seen. **What do you dislike about Ari?** There are so many new features being built that we keep discovering capabilities we didn't know we had. Good problem to have! It would be great to get a regular digest directly from Ari about this with some targeted ways we could leverage the new features in our org. **What problems is Ari solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ari is a core component of our initiative to be an "agent-pilled" startup. But what genuinely surprised me was the security architecture. For an AI tool that sits inside your most sensitive workflows [messages, meeting transcripts, personal reflections, credentials] this matters more than most vendors acknowledge. Ariso built cryptographic isolation at three levels: organization, user, and session. Your data isn't just access-controlled, it's mathematically separated. The team building Ari is incredibly open to feedback, super supportive, and very quick with fixes, which I find extremely valuable as this is a relatively new technology and idea. The team is very knowledgeable, not just about the product, but about scaling teams, and it's clear they've built this product to help you do so. **What do you dislike about Ari?** Ari still needs to be reminded sometimes of important context. There may be technical ways for the Ari team to ensure important context is remembered, gained through conversation, or even proactive context graphing is done, so the user spends less time redirecting Ari back to those pieces of context. **What problems is Ari solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Ari to reduce administrative tasks like call prep, booking, and email follow-up.
